Go into the hotel and go to the 7th floor and make a right you'll see the store right away. Staff is very friendly here

Stopped by to drop off a box for a return. I had the shipping label ready and was not charged for the extra $10 that everyone else is saying

There is a fee, but it's not the staff's fault, and they really are so nice and tell you about it upfront. They would even tell you what the fee would be before you decide to use the service.

Got charged 10 dollars on a prepaid label for a sweater just because they are located in a hotel and have a “service fee” based on weight, even if it’s just a drop off. Don’t go here whatever you do, I certainly won’t again.

Terrible customer service. Charging $10 extra dollars because they didn’t like the “look” of the package. It was in a non brand mailer securely taped. Makes no sense.

The most unfriendly people. They don't even open their mouths when they speak, they just mumble at you and they certainly don't smile.

Horrible location. You have to go all the way up to floor 7 and even if you have a prepaid label and drop off they charge you a fee, because it’s a hotel location. They should just close this location it isn’t worth being here and confusing everyone.
