2 I was anxious about my task to print out my friend’s wedding invitation last minute before their ceremony. On top of that, I had negative experience with FedEx in the past when I did not receive the help I needed for printing service. However, Bryan was very supportive and helpful after he found out I wanted to print the invitation in customized size to fit the cardboard. He immediately measured my board and printed exactly what I needed. He even helped me with cutting and giving me suggestions. I could not believe the task was completed smoothly without any trouble.
I felt very lucky to have Bryan assisted me that day, and the bride and groom were very happy with the work. Thank you, Bryan!
P. S. I am so glad that I no longer need to bring my USB for printing. Emailing seems way more convenient, and Bryan was very patient when he explained this new workflow to me.
First of all, I like the customer service of this Fed Ex center very much, it's 5 out of 5. This store is clean, bright, it has a customer's restroom. Though I have some bad experience with Fed Ex, this center is different. Two female associate working in front are to be mentioned separately.
