7 Terrible staff at the desk. Very reluctant to assist and do his job.
As soon as you step in, you would feel very unwelcoming environment. I was sent to QR code kiosk and that didn't work, got an error massage. Same thing happened for the person behind me. So, the staff had to came and scanned again and it worked and made a comment suggesting we were incompetent.
This person should not be having any job dealing with people.
I was here on 12/9/23 at 11: 20 AM. The store manager can figure who was the staff.
I come to this location too many times since my wife loves to return everything she orders online. Just joking. Service is fast and efficient.
It was quite a drive to get to the location, I was hoping it would have great service, and it did. I had a great experience… I saw a associates helping other with a few obstacles. They were able to help me scan and package a return.
The associate helped me checkout, grab some tape and candy.
The location has everything you need, computer, package tapes, labels, birthday, get well and other cards, it had all the packing essentials and very well laid out.
I won’t dread going here, as I know they have everything needed, located by a mall, so ample parking and easy access to get back to the highway.
Representative here was not very welcoming. Sorry to say this but my experience here was unpleasant: (
6: 58 pm front of the store closed door and the employee told me they are closed. Not understand why the sign said to 7: 00 pm!

I just spoke them on the phone and a man named Mike answered he’s not a bad person however he needs customer service etiquette and training. He was very short and snippy over the phone as I was asking questions. I’m sure and customer service. Jobs gets annoying and stressful however I didn’t do anything to you please just work on keeping your cool and taking a breath for the next customer and start a new page with them. I plan on picking up my order and maybe my review will change
