6 I rearranged my schedule to be home to sign for a package during the timeframe they said they would deliver. I saw the truck pull up in front of my house and went down to the front door to wait for the driver. After a minute he still didn't show up at my door. I stuck my head out to see what was going on and the truck was gone. I then tracked my package and it said they attempted delivery but nobody was home. Furious, I called the office to have them tell him to come back and deliver it, but they would not provide any solution to my issue. They apologized, but unfortunately that doesn't fix the problem that they created - I can't rearrange my schedule every day. What an unbelievably unprofessional organization. Angry, disappointed, and will never choose FedEx for future shipping.
Update - next day they also said I wasn't home but I was, and they didn't even pull up in front of the house this time. This company is a joke.
Just walked in to ship something, wasn't exactly ready to go yet. Needed to grab an envelope and dress up the packaging. One of the employees, named Billy, called me over. I let him know I wasn't ready, but he said come over anyway and he would help. Super breezy, I was in and out and was fully taken care of. I don't know if it's always like this, but this visit in particular exceeded expectations, so cheers to that.
Gave me advice to take care of an issue then called the facility to block my process. Don't give me an alternative method then stop it.
Our organization was on a tight deadline and needed a quick turnaround on signage and brochures. Tristan and Kaitlyn were incredibly on top of my order! Communicative, patient and diligent. Thank you!
I had a package delivered to this location - called and they said I had 5 days to pick it up. It was returned to sender after ONE day. Do NOT recommend.
