FedEx Ship Center, Mt Vernon NY

The outpost struggles to deliver packages honestlyto the Bronx. It is in another city and has an issue with actually being honest with their delivery manifests. They claim to attempt deliveries, but the scans are done in the actual outposts as attempted delivery and never even make it out. Delivery attempts to the Bronx should not have a geo scan of Yonkers.
Moreover, once you have to go get it yourself- it is ridiculous to find and impossible to get there without having to pay for a cab.

- remember consumers, shareholders shares are more important than the goods & services you've payed for. The service industry will continue to get worse as long as their portfolios matter more than the goods and/or services that are provided to the consumers who fatten said portfolios.

Incredibly helpful. I had a complicated shipping request (international package with a return envelope) and the staff helped me set up an account, then walked me through every step of the process and double checked things to make sure everything was exactly right.

These MFs did not deliver my package and marked it as delivered. Fedex refuses to connect you to directly to this raggedy hub. My packages never came and I asked my security team for my housing complex for a camera view and they said nobody came

This location I don’t know who was delivering my package never came to my door but it says he attempted to deliver packages and door was which was biggest lie door was open 24/7

They didn't ring the doorbell to the apartment or even call the contact person phone number like other drivers do just left a note saying atte.pt and the person was home all day waiting

This is the worst center. I am expecting a package and the driver keeps putting online that no one was available at the location.
I’ve waited for the past 4 days…. And still have not receive my package. Judging by the other reviews, I am guessing this is how this center operates.

Called twice to make sure that I would have everything so that I could pick up my package. When I get there of course they tell me I need more than what I had, which was very very inconvenient for me to try & get. The team members there need more training to be on the same page.

This hub is notorious for stealing packages, not attempting delivery, falsifying tracking info and horrendous customer service. When I see my package has gone through this hub I already prepare myself to not receive it and to receive a run around! They say they leave packages at pick up locations and the packages are never actually left there and no one knows what happens to them! I work from home and have cameras at my front door, so I know for sure delivery was never attempted! They claim to be under new management but I see no change. We’ve had IPads, IPhones, designer bags etc never make it to our home then we’re left to fight it out with the senders for refunds because FedEx never properly answers for it. Next step is corporate cause we’re tired!

This place is extremely busy but the FedEx employee a young man was extremely helpful and very patient and nice with everyone the three stars is only because the parking is a hot mess

EVERYONE IN THIS FEDEX LOCATION SHOULD BE FIRED! They claim they deliver your package but they NEVER DO! It’s all lies. This place makes my blood pressure go high. They never deliver to the Bronx. They just steal packages! I called all week asking about my package and all they would say is “tomorrow they will deliver again” never do! I advice you to file a complaint on this location and make police reports because they are all thieves.

I like the fact that this place is mostly empty and there's onside parking available and the customer service move fairly quickly!

Went to FedEx Mount Vernon, NY location to send Easter package to family in upstate New York. The Center was very clean and the service representative was professional, courteous and kind. I couldn't ask for better experience.

If you ever get a FedEx delivery coming from this location, don’t even bother waiting for it. Delivery before 8PM is not gonna happen. Just know that delivery driver is not coming to you and yes you will have to go pick it up at the Mount Vernon FedEx facility. And yes there will be a long line to get your FedEx package that you Waited for to arrive and now have to wait longer because this team of FedEx drivers pick and choose where they will be delivering and then put in that you weren’t home and must pick up from facility.

Kept delaying my package.said delivery attempt made 2 times.no-one ever came to my door, was home 2 days waiting for it.horrible.

Carged Me $28.00. Told Me The Soonest Package Would Be There Was 4 Days. Package Arrived In 2. I Dont Think The Young Lady Was Trained Properly

THE WORST SERVICE CENTER EVER!

DELAY OF 6 DAYS (AND I AM STILL WAITING) FOR A PRIORITY PACKAGE DUE TO WEATHER CONDITIONS. WHILE IT HAS BEEN SUNNY. THE CENTER WHERE THEY RETAIN MY PACKAGE IN MOUNT VERNON IS 30 MIN FROM MY HOUSE. I AM NOT ALLOWED TO LOOK FOR IT IN THE STORE.
