Had to send back a complete lemon of an Imac. The whole ordeal would have been stressful as the dimensions required a custom box. I dealt with Cindy who made the process completely painless and super easy. Within an hour the box was ready and the lemon was on its way back to the land of misfit computers. Thank you so much. I am here to ship a international box, I’ve called few places to get shipping rate near me, also called fedex 1800 number to get price quote this location charge me even lower than public price. Nice service also! I will definitely come back for all my shipment

Very bad service, they want your money. Everything you must buy packing plus mailing fee. This location try to milk your money.

The staff, especially Cindy, was extremely helpful in helping me ship my items via Fedex. She was able to walk me through the process and was very patient with me. Will continue to do business with them due to the convenient location and friendly staff!

Normally a decent place never had prior issues but I don't understand why they sat on a package that I paid to have it delivered within a couple days. But its been sitting, ridiculous.

This place is a dump. The guy working the counter is slow and could care less. Not only did he tell the customer in front of me to “go to the post office because our system has too many forms to fill out and I don’t understand them. ” But he was rude and the store was a mess (dirty & the shelving was falling off the wall).

I use this location frequently, however I’ll definitely stop going. A retailer emailed me a return label stating I could take the email to the store and they’d scan and print the label for me. She charges me $1 to print a free/prepaid label - and tells me the charge is for the ink.after printing the label. The Richmond Ave location is much nicer anyway folks

This is the only FedEx shipping office on the south side if the island. You can ship, dropoff, pickup and prepare your packages here. The owners are super friendly and always welcome your business.
