At these most trying times it puts a lot of pressure on people who have to work with the public.
For young lady at the beauty salon he kept our distance but a service was top notch that's the only thing I could say top notch explanation showing I was just so very pleased.
I have visit the other salon and I'm to tell you that they high er public people employees.
Beautiful personality and outstanding services.
I know most people would think that I'm a relative writing such accolades but it's true I'm enjoying my wig and everybody says I'm gorgeous.

Awesome selection of products for All people and owners and staff very kind and sensitive to customers need during PANDEMIC times.

They don’t let you in the store and you can’t do a exchange or refund so basically your lost out of your money. Never shopping here again

It was a waste of my time! There were only 5 people waiting outside the store including me and the guy at the door was allowing only 3 people inside such a big store at a time. We were waiting outside for half an hour and stil nobody would come out so we could go in. I finally got frustrated, gave up & left. This store has very poor management skills & lacks organization.
No consideration for the clients whatsoever. Very disappointing!

Honestly it's clean well stocked and and the employees are decent when asked for help. The problem is the prices are really over my budget. Plenty of parking (which is really important) and most products ur looking for are there for ethnic girls and that's what brings me in on the rare occasion that I do shop there.

Staff is not welcoming, I will never spend my money at this location. Looked for someone to assist me and the owner/manager just looked at me.

Lots of beauty products as far as your eye can see. Lots of interesting items and sample sizes. Wings, pieces and more.

They have so much it's one of the best beauty supply stores I have ever been to its great Good prices Also that's a plus you will thank me later

This place may have lots of product, decent location but their staff and pricing are HORRIBLE. I understand their is competition out there in regards to a company making a profit but at least be a bit more reasonable. Also a company such as this needs to understand what will keep a high probability for profit is if the customer service is worth the extra free dollars on the price of the product.
Some of the staff was not knowledgeable in regards to many of the products, the cashier was discussing an Instagram post with her co-worker as she rang me up. By bring distracted she rang up the same shampoo twice. Not what I expected at all and it's even more upsetting because it's the best location for me to travel to. But I will go somewhere else for sure.

Very big, never crowded you walk in and get out, variety of products.friendly workers and good service, great bumps.

The lady "helping" in the store was very rude and not helpful. It wasn't like the store was crowded and she was being annoyed by multiple people it was empty

Worst customer service. I started talking to the guy behind the register and he kept turning his head away from me, with no care in the word that I’m speaking with him. Made me feel VERY uncomfortable. I decided to walk away without purchasing.

Whenever I go through the five towns area I shop here. I don't get out there much but this beauty supply store has everything you need. From makeup, personal hygiene, and a wonderful assortment of wigs.

Terrible customer service. I traveled from long island to go there due to the reviews. I was skeptical bu the staff appearance but I wanted to give it a chance. Boy, was I in it for a big surprise. It was a waste of my time and gas. I will never go back there. The staff is very unprofessional.
