Feel Beauty Supply, Brooklyn NY

I understand during this pandemic everyone wants to be safe. But all stores usually offer service as long as you wear a mask. I’m this store case no one is allowed entry. You have to order at the door then give your cash/card to worker at the door. For me I don’t like it because I don’t trust ppl how do we know that our info was not copied, at least if you are there u can see what someone is doing. I will not be going back to this location, Pennsylvania Ave would be my choice. It’s out my way but at least I can see what I want and the options.

Highly unprofessional and rude.
If I could write 0 reviews about this place I would. This place is extremely unprofessional and clearly don’t understand the business to customer relationship. The rule is, only one person in the store at a time, however there were several people in the store at the time. When a group of three walked out, my niece and cousin attempted to go in to replace them, and they were told only 1 person was allowed. When they questioned why only 1person could go in, the co-worker at the door proceeded to get rude and aggressive and tried to physically close the door on one of them. She then proceeded to call for the manager when they asked why they were being treated this way, and even threatened to slap them in the face.
I usually don’t write reviews, but i feel like this was not handled properly at all. I went in afterward to have a word with “Caesar” the manager, he said and i quote “ did you come here to shop or argue? ” He then said “I’mm 40 who would listen to a 16 year old anyway”? This place does not deserve any business.

They are over price. Head and shoulders are 6.89-8.89 at Walgreens and other top stores. At this store its 10.98 that's crazy. Your ripping off the neighborhood. I will never shop there again. I also took the time to look at other prices on things. And they are also over priced. Dont Shop here. If you care about your hard earn money

Will today i went to pick up alot of hair supply from this store $75.57 worth of supplies. Not my first time going to this supply store, so i knew what and where the products i wanted was located.i had some of the products in my hand and decided to walk to the front of the store to get a basket.i walk my self to the back of the store to the brushes section and one of the workers walk up to me after being in the store for 5 mins and says.i see you on camera put something in your bag, i need to see your bag. I was so shock.my response was that could never be, but you could check my bag. I so wanted to cry.if i was a different person, i should have made a scene and call the cop.if you saw me put products in my bag, then why would you need to check my bag, you have it on camera.i really need my supplies so i purchase them and said to the worker. If you wanted to just check someone's bag say that, but dont lay on them.i will never go back.if i have to go far for my hair supplies i will do that

Feel beauty supply store tells you what you want. I went to pick up ONE pack of braid extension and left with $60 worth of stuff oh and its clean and the cashiers hair always looks decent. I mean you work at a beauty supply store right? Ya gotta look the part. Their hair always looks nice.

Dropped in for eyeliner. Sign on counter said $5 credit card $10 debit. Eyeliner came to $7. Owner said no. I pointed out sign he ripped it off counter shaking his head no. A staff member said she doesnt want to use debit give it to her. He finally said ok now $7.99. He picked up liner to place it closer to him. I felt like he was trying to get over and his attitude came off nasty. He was not like sorry for mistake.instead he was very dismissive. He could care less about pissing me off because he knows in "certain communities" you can treat people anyway and can still make a killing because "certain people" (my people), will tolerate anything to buy his product. Not me. As long as they are allowed to do this.they will.

The store is OK but mad expensive. Ur best bet is hit Pitkins ave beauty supply stores and save. IJS
