On February of 2018, after doing an extensive research online and asking friends and family for a competent and trustworthy immigration attorney, I retained Feiner & Lavy as the law firm to help me bring my fiance to the US. From the moment when I walked into their office and being greeted by the helpful and friendly office staff - two of whom I know by name, Hamid & Ingrid, to my interview with Yaniv (attorney) about my case, I felt I had made the right decision. Subsequently, when it was time for me to submit the information in order to get the process started, I was offered great help and guidance by the two previously mentioned ladies in order to fill out the forms correctly.

During my consultation with Yaniv, I found him to be very attentive. Unlike some other attorneys who view you as a dollar sign and rush through the interview, Yaniv took his time and asked relevant questions about my case. I foresaw a little complication about my fiance's case and inquired about it from Yaniv. I gathered from his reply that he's been around the block a few times and knows how to handle complicated immigration issues. Since February, I have been contacting them occasionally, even meeting with Yaniv to ask questions about the case. They have always shown the same level of care and concern towards my case as they did on the first day which further proves to me how they truly treat their clients. They don't believe in random advertising their price Menu. And some people said that they were delayed for the appointment. Legal line of work can eat up Attorney's time. They try their best to accommodate what can be done. Patience is important in any circumstances. I will rate Lavy 5 out of 5 as atleast he opens his doors for a free consultation at the least and everyone in his office was so courteous. Each employee was humble.

I retained yaniv on march 2017 to handle my immigration case. He is professional and offer a free 20 mins consultation which is understandable cz time is money. He doesn't talk much and thats the sign of a knowledgeable person.they don't brag about themselves. He is fairly expensive and im fine with that because cheap ain't good and good ain't cheap. He never rush for money. Always willing to negotiate and offer great payment plans. And most importantly willing to go extra mile to help out his clients cz their clients are everything for them.
And he also has great team. I mostly interact with ingrid and hamit. They both very nice always smiling, offer great customer service, always willing to help and answer your questions. They also willing to go the extra mile to help the clients.
They all make a very good team of professionals. If you retain yaniv you can't go wrong. Rule of thumb is CHEAP AIN'T GOOD and GOOD AIN'T CHEAP
