Excellent Service. Was on time and all services went above and beyound.
Scheduling was easy and quick.

I moved into my new house in late summer. As winter was approaching I thought it wise to replace the furnace filter on my 2019 Goodman furnace. As I removed the old filter, I discovered it was wet. On a referral, I contacted Feldman Heating & Cooling to diagnose the problem.
They sent a technician out the next day, who found a leak in the secondary heat exchanger. As the parts were not immediately available, he made a repair using the old recoup cover.
Unfortunately, this did not stop the leak. A few days later, another technician came out to install the new parts, but the leak persisted.
While Feldman could have just called it a day and replaced the entire burner unit (a costly all day project), Jeff, the owner, made a final attempt, which thankfully stopped the leak, and saved me a pile of money.
This repair was difficult because the leak had been active for quite some time, and having caused some rust, made it difficult to reseal the secondary, but they went the extra mile and got it done. And Jeff called me a couple of days later to verify that the repair was holding.

My 2014 Amana Goodman high efficiency furnace's collector box leaked water. After speaking with three companies I chose Feldman. The service call covered replacing the collector box, maintenance/cleaning of furnace and Aprilaire house humidifier.

Salespersons were very knowledgeable and personable.

HVAC tech was highly experienced and provided very good explanation of the work he was doing (I did ask quite a few questions). Further he performed an Amana technical bulletin repair.

I'll be using them again.

Sam evaluated and identified the problem, and replaced the thermostat. He was pleasant, knowledgeable, efficient.

Same day service! Sam was fantastic. Talked through what he was doing, which really helped me as a first time homeowner. He fixed the problem in under an hour. I’m super pleased. I was a bit surprised at my final bill, but considering the promptness and level of service, I’d say its value for money. I’ll come back and let you know how long the part lasts ;)

They were here on time, along with the sales manager. The job was done in the time that they told me. They cleaned up all of the boxes and other stuff from the installation, They even swept the hallway to the basement to make sure they didn't track anything into the house. Very pleasant technicians, happy to explain anything I asked. I have been using Feldman since 2004 and will continue to use them. Great company

Thermostat broke just before leaving on a trip. Service person came right away and did enough of a temporary fix that we were able to leave and the delay in leaving was short.

The team from Feldman said they'd arrive between 8-11am and they showed up right at 8 sharp! From the get-go the guys were polite and professional. They worked hard all day long and cleaned up everything at the end of the day. The new install looks great and I'm looking forward to doing business with Feldman again!
