The service was horrible from start to finish. The restaurant half full at best. We had reservations for 2: 15pm. A server came over to us at 2: 35pm after we had to flag someone down. There was no “sorry for your wait” or anything. After we ordered a couple came in and was seated next to us. After also not being greeted by a server for over 15 min they left. A server then ran up to them to try to get them to stay and eat. Food was fine. Nothing special. When I paid there was a survey at the end of the screen, I was inputting that service was slow but the payment machine was pulled from my hands by the server. Will never return.

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would!
We had a reservation and still had to wait more than an hour. The place is so tiny and they have taken reservation from more than what they can accommodate inside
Once in, we (a party of four) were asked to order atleast a 6L bottle if we had to sit in. Nothing like this was mentioned anywhere and then they assume four people would order a $800 six liter bottle
The management is insane, rude and disrespectful. Do not Go!

I’m not sure if this place should be called a French restaurant but didn’t see it or feel it or tasted it. There was a women with a giant Pharrell’s cowboy hat that was just absolutely mean and not sure why the stake I order a filet mignon was just pure fat and because the drink I order was bad I just didn’t want to bring back another plate. I’m definitely not a wine expert but order a bottle that was $100 that later found out it’s a 3.5 rating and it’s $15 so yeah I definitely got played. So yeah not my kind of place.

Very crowded every weekend!

Good spot to have brunch and hang out! The staff were nice and helpful. They were very entertaining. This place is very popping nowadays. Every time I went or walk by, there are lines in front of the restaurant especially summer time.

Luckily last time I went my friend and I got the table from a walk in.

The omelettes were great, and the staff was kind. It’s a fun atmosphere with fast service. In the photo is a latte, spinach & goat cheese omelette, and ham & cheese omelette.

The woman bartender was the rudest person I’ve come across. She messed up our drinks and still demanded a tip aggressively.

Fun place filled with positive energy and very busy. But downhill from there. I ordered eggs Benedict that in my 50 yes as an adult, I can say it was cheaply and recklessly prepared, with an over cooked English muffin that I had to saw with my knife to get a bite, hard and dry. As a side salad, they cheaply provided a pile of lettuce with nothing on it no hint even of oil or dressing. It cost 27.00, oh yes, lukewarm French friggin’ fries which are the cheapest uninspired type of a breakfast side possible. Second, my partner ordered 3 slices of French toast that was burned on the edges, topped with overcooked bananas that were mush, no butter or hot syrup given costing 25.00. He ordered 2 glasses of house wines and the total bill was over 100.00. Plus it was impossible to talk do to the noise, that part was part of the fun though.

Now I ask you have we come to this point where we no longer require higher quality and have we devalued our money so much as to talk ourselves into being okay when we are ripped off? I truly would rather have gone to a glorified regular breakfast diner. It’s frightening that we are lowering our standards so much especially in an inflation. Maybe the youth just don’t know the difference, and how on earth can these young people afford it. The crowd was 90% under 35. Enough.

The experience is so unbelievably bad, it feels like a scam. Avoid at all costs!

We waited for 30 minutes for our table, got accused that we „just now arrived“ after asking for it again in a friendly manner after 25 minutes.

The woman who was apparently in charge (lady with the massive hat) also got borderline physical when making her point, aggressive and rude towards customers with no provocation. She slapped me multiple times with the back of her hand, even after moving back to avoid further confrontation. This is genuinely unbelievable.

The only reason we decided to go forward with our visit was because we were a big group and knew we would not find any other place on such short notice.

When we sat down, the waiter was incredibly inattentive and the food was underwhelming. Overall, service was not more than refilling wine in manner that could not be topped in aggressiveness. The overall attitude was similar to the one of the lady with the big hat: aggressive and dismissive.

At last the gratuity, which was genuinely not earned whatsoever, was decided by the staff themselves when gone with our credit card. We only noticed after we left and will return to dispute.

Could not recommend less.

Spent $120 on 5 shots and one drink at the bar just for the bartender to yell at me and get in my face that I didn’t tip her 20% on drinks that took her 30 seconds to pour of disgusting well tequila. Absolute terrible human being and extremely rude customer service.

I chose Felix as the place to celebrate my birthday at. When I arrived for my reservation, I was greeted by a grumpy person who told me to wait outside. After 30 minutes I got screamed at when asking when we could be seated. The service was really unfriendly. The vibe was nice but we all also got kicked out by 12: 30 am although they claim to be open until 2am. Really bad experience! Also really overpriced.

I was wearing a hat that the old man made me take off that he found offensive. He tried to kick me out and after I tried to explain myself he removed my bottle of wine. We even offered to pay and said no. When I tried to explain the meaning as someone who works in this industry his response was “I speak English” and was very dismissive. All the other staff was baffled by this bevhior and accommodating. This is a hat I would wear in front of my mother. The old man was rude, dismissive and to be honest an a**hole. But we got moved to a different section and the other server was great

Overpriced, unfriendly staff, arrogant and rude waiters. Overcharged the wine, saying "I didn't specify which Pino Noir" I ordered, nobody offered any water for almost 2 hours, brought food without utensils and napkins. Have to ask for everything, and they don't seem happy about it

Came here for my birthday and was so disappointed. The vibe is fun but the food isn’t that good, we were seated nearly 45 min after the reservation time I set, and the drinks were so watered down. I could taste the water. Go somewhere else, not worth it. They also added the tip as gratuity when it doesn’t say say that on the receipt. Not worth the money at all, go somewhere else.

Super fun spot for brunch. We went on a Sunday at around 2-3 pm and partied until 10 pm while we had no plans to do so. Brunch was great too. Highly recommend the french onion soup!

The description says it right, we stopped in here after some shopping in soho on a early friday night. The layout is nice and cozy - a good place to hang out with friends and grab a drink or some food. The salmon was good and celiac/gluten friendly!

Server was amazing and food yummy. But we came to watch Brazil VS Croatia. The game was in Spanish (?). Please, if you’re broadcasting a non-hispanic match in the US, where people are Croatian-speakers or Portuguese-speakers, AT LEAST do it in english (we’re in NYC, right?).

Definitely the worst brunch experience I’ve ever had all over the world.

We had a reservation for 2 for brunch on a Sunday which is usually pretty bumping.
The place was full and a big lineup waiting. Got seated right away and it was super lively.
Service started off quite good and friendly, we ordered brunch, cocktails and a bottle of rosé. Food came fast, both had steak frites. Steaks were undercooked and very rare (asked for medium). Food 1.5/5
Espresso martini was surprisingly good. Mimosa was good.
Bottle of rosé was average, however at the 30 min mark a server came and said they had a large group that needed a table and asked us to move to the bar. Which by the bar they mean stand up at the doorway, since there’s only like 4 bar stools and they’re all in use. I was pretty shocked at that point cause I told them we had a reservation and we hadn’t finished our bottle of rosé. He said if we moved he would give us a free drink… which I found a little insulting as we had already bought a bottle of rose which we hadn’t finished and we’re working on still so I asked if they could move us to a different table so they could have ours for a big group. He said he would try but no guarantees… so I told him I didn’t want to move to the bar but would prefer to stay seated as we weren’t done eating and drinking. We were then told that there’s a seating time limit, so I told him we have only been seated for 20 minutes, so they checked and came back and said we were right, but said they’d really appreciate us moving to the bar. In the end, it just made the whole episode and brunch so unpleasant we just decided to leave. They didn’t bother trying to comp our food or any drinks, which was ridiculous as they basically kicked us out after 20 minutes. I did ask to speak to the manager and they said they were sorry, but there’s nothing they can do… really? A bit of a joke. I told them that’s pretty horrible service and the manager shrugged and actually said “this is Felix”. So I guess that’s pretty standard according to them.
