I would never again purchase a used vehicle off this lot. I have had this car 6 months. The air conditioning never worked and I had to get that serviced when I took a trip to NC, and had to get the engine serviced. Had to get new break pads and rotors on the rear, and had to just have it towed after owning this about 6 months. Who knows how much that is going to cost me.

Had an awesome and easy experience purchasing my new Jeep! All members of the team did their jobs well and a special thank you to Chris for his help. There was never any pressure and he always had answers for all my questions. I would highly recommend Ferrario Jeep!

I have been working with salesman Chris Jamison for 3 years now and he is always honest, straightforward and incredibly helpful. He understands a customer’s needs and concerns and shows someone all of their options, rather than trying to upsell them like so many salespeople do. When I chose to buyout a lease, he walked me through everything, I was able to still get a warranty on my vehicle and handled all of the DMV stuff. The process was incredibly easy thanks to him. Unlike other places I’ve been before, I wasn’t treated any differently because I’m a woman and he’s now stuck with me for quite some time to come!
