I called John at Fiddler Roofing right after lightning hit a limb of my backyard tree and it landed on my roof. He answered the phone promptly and promised he would be there the next day. As promised, he arrived the next day, remove the limb, and temporary patched the holes in my roof. He also inspected my attic. He offered to talk to the insurance adjuster if needed. After receiving the insurance claim check, John worked around my schedule for the permanent roof and gutter repair. His crew was courteous, respectful, on time and polite while they were working on the roof and on my property. Everything was cleaned up and put away when they were finished, even the ornaments in my flower bed were return to their original space! I highly recommend them to work on your next project!

Absolutely amazing crew! John and what seemed like an army of men did a complete tear off and my gutters, and fixed stuff for me along the way! I was amazed at how efficiently and professionally they do their job. They paid attention to every detail and each worker seemed to take pride in his craftmanship. Not a flower or bush was harmed. They deserve 6 stars given how many bad roofers there are. I am extremely pleased and only wish they did remodels too! Great price too.

Very professional from the start just with a quote went over every detail. At the time of the roofing being done arrived on time worked fast but most of all did excellent work roof looks perfect and the yard was clean. Fiddler did what other people failed to do in the past fix my roof right

Very professional. John and his crew went over and above on my small gutter project. I showed John some work that was done last year by another contractor that I wasn't happy with, he told me that he would take care of the issues, and he did even though it was not included in the original estimate. Zero complaints about this professional, cooperative firm. The estimate was a little higher than another, but thorough and fair for the work provided. Be prepared for the lead time-they will try to fit you in as soon as possible. The owner personally made sure all questions were answered, and accommodated. Roofers arrived early, worked FAST, and cleaned up every speck of debris. Skylight replacement was done with precision. They even updated the old roof design with an extra ridge vent-an unexpected plus. Followup visit from two top staffers the next day to complete everything to perfection along a tricky portion of the porch.

We have been very satisfied with the service from Fiddler Roofing. They installed our roof in 1996 and we hired them again for it’s replacement in 2018. Not only do they provide quality and professional service during the installation process, they’ve been extremely helpful and responsive for service calls over the years. This review was written last year and I thought I posted it but didn’t, sorry John!
I can not say enough good things about Fiddler Roofing and I highly recommend their services! We have needed to have our roof replaced for the past 2 years and kept putting it off. Enough leaks in various places finally made us go ahead with a replacement. I looked online for reviews and found many people recommended Fiddler. I did get more than one estimate but Fiddler was the most complete. The person who came to the house for the estimate sat down with us and explained what was needed and why. (We have a very flat back roof so a different type of roof was put on the back and a regular shingle roof was put on the front).
Our estimate was early March and we were told about 2 to 3 months for install and it ended up at exactly 9 weeks.
Install took 2 full days and we decided to go ahead with attic insulation as well (wow did we need it as our existing insulation was basically good for Florida). The large crew was punctual, extremely efficient, knew what they were doing and did it quickly. I am very pleased with my roof and it looks fantastic.
I has a very slight issue (my own idiocy and nothing to do with the roof) that I contacted John for and he actually came to the house (I am kinda far away from their office!). He was here for over an hour, said he wanted to check things over (everything was perfect) and even cleared my gutter spout (Fiddler does gutters too!). He went way beyond with his exemplary service and that seems very rare in today’s world.
