5I shouldn't have got off this plan I'm changing back to it they other plans don't help me, I'm a cancer patient
Fidelis collects money monthly but doesn't help patients at all when it comes to hospital bills, medication coverage or copays. Its like they don't even exist whdn you actually need health insurance. I tried calling the offices once to complain and they don't care. The rep was so snarky and dismissive.
This is a business like any other. They don't care about patients or people.
Completely happy with the service received from Osvaldo Martinez at the Fidelis Office. Vey attentive, friendly and explain to me the process before he direct me to a representative to apply. I quialified for Medicaid with my no income.
Why does Fidelis even exist. I pay for my medication in full and Fidelis rarely kicks in for doctors visits. This is the worst insurance anyone could possibly have.
Paid 100% out of pocket for my meds this morning, as always. Thanks for nothing Fidelis
