Terrible customer service at the front desk. I went into the branch because I needed a signature from Fidelity in order to transfer account balances. There were 2 individuals behind the desk, a more junior worker who was courteous, and a more senior one who had attitude and was very rude. When the more junior worker who I was working with asked the senior one for help he not only provided me with the wrong information he said "I'm doing end of day stuff and don't have time for this. " He said this directly to me!

This office is temporarily closed to the public as per COVID-19. If you go, a voice over an screen will tell you to call customer service as the office is closed to the public and exclusively serves to deposit checks.

Why can’t they open the Fidelity centers yes they don’t want to hire people. Profit over people
