17Appointment was 0300 they called me by 1230 I’ll deliver here anyday and there’s parking great place truckers you can pick up and deliver here
Great views, and great food. (I LOVED the risotto balls; great vegetarian choice). I also enjoyed the downstairs gift shop and the history of the Genesee brewery. Really great displays, an interactive photo booth, and even a quiz to test your knowledge!
I wish I would have read the reviews before booking this load of empty pallets. Horrible signage, makes you wait in a overflow lot without a mobile toilet, narrow roads and this place has no regard for any other business than themselves. Their abuse of my time has made me have to cancel my next load. I will never be back and if you are an owner operator DO NOT COME HERE!
Don't never ever come here again. Appointment 8.00am 1pm still here, lost next loud, broker stay away.
Please if you are a owner operator, don’t ever deliver here. The people are okay but it’s been already 7 hours to unload empty skids. BIG WASTE OF TIME.
Nightmare for trucker, help yourself and don’t you ever come over here delivering something! They will make you wait 15+hours!
Truckers take exit 10A on 490 for Mt Read Blvd North, make a right on Lyell Ave and proceed all the way to St Paul st and another right.
They got me in early and empty in 30 min
DIRECTIONS: Use Joseph Ave 12'6" (it's actually MORE THAN 13'6") so you won't have problems. Once you go through make first left.
Arrived at scheduled appointment time. Was unloaded within 30 minutes. Also followed the directions given by the last reviewer and they were spot on.

I- 90 E to 490 N to exit 13 follow sign for St Paul str after 2 traffic lights take left on Joseph Ave pass under bridge 12’ 11” (yes semi 13’ 6”/53 swing doors) after the bridge immediate left on Ward st it will take you to the main docks of the brewery.
Worst place to delivery. Appointment 10 a.m. Take it 3.5 hours to unload me and I'm losing another load
The worst place to deliver don't even try to come early I have been sitting here by myself here the last 24 hrs I don't see no other trucks but still they don't unload you.
Truck directions: I-490, ex. Mt. Read Blvd north, Lyell av. Right/East, Smith street, Bausch st, St. Paul str. -Right

No idea why so many stars, arrived 1hr before appt time, now its 3hrs after appt time and they are still not ready to receive even tho docks are empty
Worst place you can imagine for delivery truck drivers. Every time 5+ hours waiting, roode people.
Never delivered here again.

I don’t understand this good reviews!
If there is one place truck drivers should boycott it should be this one, not only you will encounter up to 18 hours delays the staff is rude and unprofessional.
