Filetto's, East Northport NY

Considering that I was freaking hungry, it was all pretty good! Chilled cups for the imported beer I was sipping on, awesome!

My wife and I decided to try their appetizers. Liz our waitress answered all our questions with a smile. The stuffed artichoke with lemon scampi sauce was so good we couldn't stop dipping our bread. The zucchini sticks were real not formed and crispy. The chopped stuffed baked clams were perfectly seasoned again with flavorable sauce. Definitely going back. Also we were greeted when we entered and thanked for eating there when we left.

Came here on a Saturday night looking for some good pizza! Boy did I find it! Stephanie is a great waitress, really nice girl. Could use some music in the restaurant though.

I’ve ordered from this place quite a bit and I have never been disappointed. Staff is very friendly, always a place to sit and the food is delicious. I especially like the Veal Parmigiana, Spaghetti and Meatballs, Steak Sandwich, and of course the Pizza. This is really one of the best local pizza restaurants I have ever been too.

We got several dishes to carry out. The meat lasagna had a few crumbs of meat and it was all noodles, cheese and sauce. Not what I call meat lasagna. The chicken Parmigiana comes with no pasta the chicken Alfredo was bland. This place went downhill. We use to get it to carry out before and never got such awful food. We will not be going there again. Food sucks

AMAZING PIZZA.our family always order 1 reg pie and 1 Sicilian and it never fails the quality is great. We don't go anywhere else for pizza. And not to mention the staff is very nice as well. Thank You Filetto's.

I ordered food around 9 and it said it would be ready at 9: 40 when I showed up they hadn't even started preparing the food so I said I would be back in a few minutes to get it then they closed on me they freaking closed the store. The owner of this place and the staff are extremely rude constantly mess up and never do anything to make it right I will never order from here again and I think you should consider not ordering from here either.

Was in the area yesterday picked up a Pie to go.
Excellent very tasty, cant wait for there brick oven to be up and running.

Food is ok but the counter staff is always rude and unhelpful. They are my last resort but always seem to be open later than the rest leaving them the only choice some night. Every time I think itll be different and it never is. Rude, bothered and obviously too good to offer decent service.

The food is absolutely delicious.full of flavor! And the best part is how you are treated there. You are warmly welcomed upon entering and every dish is explained to you patiently. Then the staff wishes you well as you leave. A delightful place. We will surely return ️

The manager does not know how to talk with customers. Always the cesspool smell outside the place. Once they had cesspool problem in the place and they were still making and selling the pizza. Disgusting place.

Great tasting pizza and pasta. Garlic knots can be better. Prices are a bit higher than some other pizzerias so make sure you go on Mondays when pizza's have a deal going on.

Average Italian/pizza restaurant mix. Pizza is nothing special, but is nothing to complain about either.

For what it is, it's great. The pizza is always fresh and delicious. All the pasta and entrees are great. Never had a bad meal here. Service is fine too. Is it fancy, no. Is it affordable and tasty? Always.

I ordered shrimp Alfredo, they didn't have it menu, but they did it for 24$ wich is pretty expensive. On the check they put 17 $ for pasta and 7 $ for shrimps. So i got this pasta with shrimps and get very disappointed. The Alfredo souce wasn't even tasting like it should. Got scamed with 17$ pasta.

Great neighborhood Italian restaurant. Good food, nice specials, reasonable prices. Staff is friendly and helpful. Brisk take out business, but I enjoy eating there. They have brick oven pizza as well as modern oven pizza.

One of the best pizza places to go if you want a wide selection to choose from. They also have great entrees.

I was very disappointed with both meals
Couldn't make up my mind so I ordered two.lol The penne a la vodka which had an odd taste may have neen due to chopped scallions maybe? Ugh The alfredo was so bland. I have had better out af a jar! Visiting from Central PA I was really hoping for some decent Italian food for a change but Filetto's didnt come close. Better luck next time if there is a next time. I thought the Alfredo was pretty good when I dined in a few month ago

OMG! Trust me this is the best Italian food ever. And the pizza is do good I can't stop eating it.

Above Average Pizza, kind staff, very good variety of pizza and pasta dishes. Family friendly and very affordable. Strongly recommend.
