Film at Lincoln Center reviews
5They always try to scare me by telling me they won't issue me a paper ticket, but when I pretend not to notice and keep asking if I can get a paper ticket, they sigh and give me one. The staff are rude, but if you want to take a paper ticket as a souvenir, you can't help it haha.
Film Lincoln center has become so bad that they had to hire all these unqualified people with the worst customer service experience I was ever provided my whole life. Terrible leadership team. Their manager handling membership didn’t even have the manner to respect their long term client and didn’t even let me speak. Instead he showed me such a terrible attitude of discrimination and disrespect. Will not support any of their screening moving forward. They cancelled my membership and my tickets without even sending me one confirmation notice. I asked their leader to get back to me. Nobody responded. Never ask me to pay one penny for the membership I already cancel. All go to hell if you dare to charge me one penny for the membership for this insulting experience they made me encounter.
The theatre - the films - the prices are all great here.
Student discounts available.
And there’s a great cafe with more than your average movie-going fare you can take in with you.

Red Words, a must See for any one who can
Handle the Truth
We attended a screening for the first time at the NYFF recently and truly loved the experience. The theater for our film was spacious, clean, and an auditory and visual delight. It is a pleasure to support Film at Lincoln Center and we're grateful to have such a world-renowned venue for arthouse/international film here in the Upper West Side.
