I went there twice this week to try and see if I could have a dress altered. The sign says they open at 9 and I sat there on Wed and Thurs till way after 9 and they never opened. Needless to say I will never go back nor refer any of the 60 woman I work with. Poor business for sure.
I was told to come in and they would alter my Daughter's prom dress. After driving 35 minutes to the shop I was told she doesn't have the time. While she pointed to a rack of dresses and said I am to busy. Well then why did you tell me to come in?
Friendly, knowledgeable and quick customer service.she had my dress hemmed and ready to pick up in half the time i was expecting it to take!
