The worst place to ever possibly go! They DO NOT value their members at all we are a diamond membership and got treated like trash by the security most importantly the director of gaming!

It's the Walmart of casinos. Terrible payouts, understaffed and poor member appreciation.especially for diamond/black diamond status members.

The buffet was awful. The chicken was dry, and the meat station only offered one choice, prime rib
The salad bar had few choices, and it wasn't maintained. Salad greens and dressings were empty. Others in my group thought it was good. I don't think they had any place to compare it to.

The Vinyard Buffet is excellent. A great selection of well prepared dishes. Everything you could want from breakfast items, shrimp, prime rib, pasta and omlets cooked to order, A selection of deserts including ice cream and warm bread puddong.

Large variety of games and a few places to eat. I just wish the buffet was open more often

Went for New years. Band was amazing. Bar tenders were rude! Told me they were to busy to make me a bloody Mary after I was giving $10 tips. Spent $800 in slots didn't win anything. Soda machines were out of ice and filthy.

Like always slot machines don't payout much. Before covid my wife and I used to win a lot but now we never go home on the plus side. We won't be going back for a while

If you like to gamble it's cool. I quickly figured out I do not.
Two stars because they had free Mountain Dew.

I love finger lakes casino even if I don’t win big all the time I enjoy myself. It’s a safe clean and fun environment. I will continue to visit.

Some days good some days bad.we were there in afternoon. Ate at the cons. Stand. Never eat there again. No taste at all to salad. Couldn't even get French fries. Girl working T counter wasn't friendly T all

I don't always win but, I do have fun. LoL
My bestie won the other day. She bought us both dinner at the buffet. Gotta say, it was delicious. I think my favorite part of the buffet is the create your own pasta.
