Called store to see about service filter. They gave me a number to call and left a message 3 times with no return call. Called store again and asked if this guy (M.) won't say name was in store. Still no one called. Will never step foot in store again

Trying to get service on my Hot Tub. Communication is awful. When I went to the store, the service was awful. They were not helpful at all. I will not use again.

Definitely not the service or quality you would expect for a long standing business. I do NOT recommend using Fingerlake pools in Canandaigua. They installed a new pool at the end of this season of 2022. First I asked for the same pool as previously, without any mention they installed a new pool with a completely different liner, which I hate. They charged me an extra $500 more then what they originally estimated me but when he was here and I paid him, without the est in front of me he made it seem like he was giving me a deal to later find out that he charged me more. When I asked about it they said it was because they had to do more landscaping then anticipated.but they knew they were removing an old pool and putting in a new one. As the pool was filling with water I noticed that where the return and the filter is was leaking, the pool is bowed in along that same spot. The post do not line up but you can see through the post and see the bolts. There is damage to the outside of the pool, scrapping up the side which has compromised the protective cover. I was missing a small piece to one of the caps and they were suppose to bring one back. I began emailing them to have documentation of our conversation and they have basically just ignored me. I went to the store multiple times to talk about the pool and spoke to Bob who said he was going to order the parts and paint. I still did not hear anything more. I went out to look at the pool and noticed someone must have come as the small piece had been replaced but everything else has not been addressed. I also mentioned I did not get any paperwork regarding pool or warranty which they said they would get for me and have not. Since then I have noticed bowing on the other side of the pool, glue on the top railing and the liner looks piece together. I tried for multiple weeks to address the issues before doing anything or even leaving this review. I try to support local businesses but. This “new” pool looks horrible. I do NOT recommend using fingerlakes pools and it would be in your best interest to go elsewhere.

The guys here are very knowledgeable and helpful. This is my first year owning my pool and they have made things so easy. Highly recommend this place!

I called on February 18th asking if they serviced hot tubs that weren’t purchased from them. The young man working (very polite and friendly) told me absolutely, and gave me the technician/owner’s phone number (Mike). I immediately called and left a voicemail, followed by a text, as his voicemail directed. I have followed up via text twice now, and have yet to hear anything back. I would have appreciated any reply - whether they could help or not. I’m still trying to give this business the benefit of the doubt but it’s gone far too long to be completely excusable. Disappointed because most of the other reviews are great and I would have loved to become a regular customer.
