We're adopted and tuxedo kitten and we're very pleased with the whole process and the ppl working were really nice. We're really happy.

Very unprofessional, they don't return emails or phonecalls, called numerous times about getting our cats neutered numerous times, left messages and no call backs, send emails and no response. I definitely don't think they are that busy they can't return emails

Nick and his team are amazing! They truly care about the animals and the community. It is a wonderful place to find a forever fur baby!

Makes fun of others weight, and keep your kids away from this man and place!

TERRIBLE I think would be an understatement.
They should be shut down.
My wife and I witnessed this guy literally kick this small black dog he was walking in the ribs at west middle school apts in Auburn.
The dog either belongs to him or his girlfriend.
My wife and I emailed this place about this and also gave their license plate number so they could find out who it is.
This was back in Jan or Feb of 2023.
This place never answered us back and IGNORED us
as well as did absolutely NOTHING about this matter.
And YES we did also report this to the police whom were not really much help either.
I really felt like kicking this guy like he kicked that dog.
This place is ignorant and totally USELESS.
Not even really 1 star worthy.

Took our kitty (that showed up at our door and never left) here to have her spayed. Very professional, friendly and knowledgeable staff!
