The customer service is awful. For some reason no employee could login to enter times. They did absolutely NOTHING to solve the issue. When I said I was looking for another platform they basically said okay. Stay away.

Really easy to work with. There's always someone to assist (and resolve) any issue. They have bilingual customer service reps that are always available to assist immigrant employees.

Worst payroll company ever for small business. Charge outrageous fees for human error and lock your account to able to get your records when you don’t want to pay. For a $600 tax bill they charge me $350 in fees. After I paid the $950 bill which includes the $350 fee. I went to run payroll system would not let me. So when I called fingercheck they informed me I had $2,800 bill remaining, when I ask what was is for fingercheck told me they were charging me $50 a day for that $600 bill. Not only did they charge me $350 in fees they proceeding to add an additional $2,800 in more fees. So when I refuse to pay that which I though was extremely much. They refuse to give me access to my account to get my employees records to go to different payroll company. I would not recommend this company for any small business.

My self (employee) along with others hate the cks because the paystub! They get cut off in middle & then its useless, no place wants to accept it! Never had it with other companies, others have on the ckpaper on top the ck & only on the middle part the stub!

Fingercheck is by far the best payroll provider! They have helped automate my business in ways I could never imagine. I really appreciate the communication from the team regarding essential areas such as taxes and payroll. I highly recommend this company over any other payroll providers especially for smaller to intermediate sized businesses. They are also fairly inexpensive which makes the service more worth it! Great company, Great people, Great service!

Nothing but problems. I have an error message on my mobile for days - can't use it. Gotta call in my hours -a bigger headache than ever before, just punch in manually or use something else.

My company recently switched over to using Fingercheck and we are extremely satisfied. Its' ease of use and the company's customer service is beyond amazing. My only regret is not switching to them sooner
