I recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Fino and it was an absolute disaster from start to finish. I decided to splurge and spend a whopping $3,000 on a suite from them, along with ordering two shirts. Little did I know that this would turn into a nightmare.

First and foremost, the delivery was a complete mess. Not only did it take an eternity to arrive, but when the package finally showed up, I was shocked to find that I had only received one shirt instead of the two I had ordered. I immediately contacted their customer service, hoping for a quick resolution to this obvious mistake. However, to my dismay, they were unhelpful and completely unwilling to rectify the situation.

After numerous emails and phone calls, they refused to take responsibility for their error and were adamant about not providing a refund

To add insult to injury, the shirt I did receive was of subpar quality. It was poorly stitched, the fabric felt cheap, and it was nowhere near the standard I expected for the exorbitant price I paid. It was as if they had taken the cheapest materials available and slapped them together without any regard for craftsmanship.

What angers me the most is their refusal to refund the $150 I paid for the missing shirt. They were quick to take my money, but when it came to resolving their mistake, they conveniently turned a blind eye. This level of dishonesty and greed is beyond unacceptable.

I strongly advise everyone to steer clear of Fino. Their lackluster customer service, careless mistakes, and unwillingness to rectify issues make them an absolute nightmare to deal with. Save your hard-earned money and invest it elsewhere, where you will receive the quality and service you deserve.

Mendy is one of a kind, you feel comfortable and taken care of just by the way he greets you.
They put an extra effort to each customer individually.

He helped me create exactly what I imagined!
The quality is something you have to feel for yourself, the fit is done to perfection!

They originally told me that my order might not be ready before 5 weeks, when I explained them that I really need it in 4 weeks for a wedding, Mendy assured me that he will try his best to make it happen, but at the same time didn’t over promise me, he told me to be ready that there is a bigger chance that it won’t be ready in time for the wedding.
I was waiting patiently, and then one day BOOOOM I got a surprise email & text message!
My Bekishe is ready! It was ready a week earlier then I asked for which was supper fast, especially now with the Chinese New Years!

Amazing experience all around, all my fittings were quick and efficient. Isaac was a pleasure to work with, from his great customer service to his incredible fashion sense I could not have asked for a better stylist. I’ll be coming back here, no doubt about it.
