At the grill it depends on who is making your sandwich. New young guy gets it wrong every time so i try to be very specific and explicit ordering “regular turkey NOT honey turkey” get home to open my sandwich and find its honey. This has happened multiple times. He was talking on his phone and watching tiktoks at the same time. Roommate asked for pickles, we watched him put jalepenos on instead. It shouldnt be this hard to get what you order.

The purpose of this review is not to hate or harm this store in any way, shape, or form. That being said, I hope you take this review as an informative review.

Atmosphere: I'll say that this Deli looks like other recent Delis that have come up around Brooklyn. I mean, it looks kind of new from the outside and the inside. You can tell the difference between a sort of new Deli and an old one.

Service: So, I don't really know who manages the store or if there is more than one manager, but a lady was there the day I went. She seemed like one of those impatient ladies. Nevertheless, that was a "don't judge a book by its cover" moment. I was trying to buy a sandwich with a low sodium protein for personal reasons. I kindly asked the lady if I could try a small piece of their regular turkey to see how salty it was before telling them to make the sandwich. She agreed, informed the guy about it, and made sure the guy made the sandwich the way I needed it to be. As you can see from the picture, it looks like a regular turkey sandwich. However, the service is what makes it different, and I really appreciate that.

Food: I can only talk about the turkey sandwich I bought. It was a good sandwich. I wished there could've been more variety of vegetables to add to my sandwich, but I understand that they probably ran out of those vegetables. Other than the food at the grill, I guess you'll be able to find other things you'd usually see at a Deli store.

Price: From what I remember, the price of the sandwich was pretty much the same most Delis have. It's not a head breaker. I'll say prices are decent.

They make it however they make it. "No meat" evidently means a lot of salt, wrong cheese and no condiments you ordered.
(. Probably, a boomer run business.)
Also charged 8 dollars for ice cream that is priced $3.49.
They 100% don't care about your business as it's next to the foot patrol cop shop and a bus stop so always busy, these reviews mean nothing to them.
