Firehouse Subs North Syracuse reviews
17 Sub was filled with meat; almost to big to bit!
I'd definitely recommend for a stop and eat in lunch spot
They make great subs the people are very nice and the best thing is they donate to the fire departments. I love there turkey sub.
Friendly service, but I ordered "no tomatoes" and still got them. Big political sign out front is probably a turnoff to some customers.
Delicious food and pleasant employees. I love that I live in Syracuse so I can go there whenever I want and my family enjoys when they have thier food truck in and around Binghamton.
Thank you for all you do.
Staff was friendly. The portion of meat was skimpy for the inflated price. You get more meat at a lower price from the other local sandwich ships.
Sandwiches are tasty as is the soups. With only two employees working that night, they did their best at getting online orders and in-store orders out quickly.
Bought my favorite, brisket and cheddar subs! Friendly service and some of the best subs I have ever bought. Will go to this location again!
Food and cause behind company is 100% however I came in a store with 3 employees…. I overheard EVERYTHING about Colleen’s baby’s father wants me back but ain’t happening ect. ” No welcome no one minute while her and her friend talked ignoring me for the third employee doing the orders and making sandwiches? Customer deserves immediate attention
To me its just as good as subway or jreck subs. A bit more expensive but the same type of "sub shop" in the area.
Nasty. We tried the beef brisket. It was horrible. Looked like and tasted like uncooked bacon. The cajun chicken sub was also not good. Lettuce was old and had the foul smell and taste.
A (small) 3 inch sub was $10.not worth it.
The rolls were good but the meat and toppings were not. $28 for a small sub, a medium sub and a small chili. Everything went in the gargage except for the chili. Wasted money.
We also stood there looking at the menu for almost 8 minutes before a worker even greeted us although they both were right there and able. ️
Stopped there one day on a whim. Cute decor, love the dedication to firemen and safety, but the food? Subs with gimmicky names, over-filled with sloppy, kinda tasteless stuff. I didn't get the sub toasted, but maybe I should have, as that might have helped with the spongy, tasteless bread. Way too expensive prices to be asking folks to donate their change. I think they should drop their sub prices a buck and donate that $$.
Walked in after work on my way home and the girl that took my order was sweeping the floor. She asked me if I was here to pickup or order. I told her I was here to order and she then continued to sweep for 5 minutes before turning around and asking me what I want. She seemed totally not thrilled that she had to serve someone. The sandwich was good but the service was terrible.
Waited 32 minutes for food, grossly understaffed! Sub I ordered was not to my satisfaction! Too expensive for nothing! Staff doesn’t even know condiments you can have on sub! Although 2/3 of employees working hard- don’t know what other girl was doing! Holding counter up, I guess! Never again! Total waste of time/ money!
I love this place so much! The workers are always so nice to me and i love making conversations with them! I’m a local there so i love when i walk in they already know what i want. The food never fails me it is always so good! And for a teenager the pricing is not bad at all! So i definitely without a doubt recommend going here!
Great, friendly staff and tasty subs! Better than expected coming from someone from Long Island & money goes toward a good cause. Will be coming again.
Great subs, usually only takes 10 minutes or less for your order. Friendly service, clean place.
Saturday December 11th was the first time I tried Firehouse Subs, I had the Firehouse Meatball sub, I was having a real rough week at work and I was in a so-so mood, when I took that first bite of that sub, it changed me from so-so, to having the best day ever! Firehouse subs in my opinion has the best Meatball sub I ever had in my whole entire life! Sheer Perfection! I haven't stopped raving about it ever since! I can't wait to get back there and try their chilli!
