The price they told my to pay in the shop is different then the guy who come in and charged. I try to support local business and this is what I got.

These guys were great from start to finish. Visited the showroom and John gave us a no pressure overview of the pluses and minuses of wood vs gas stove. We selected a gas stove and he offered to give us the showroom model for a discount. They recommended propane companies with cheaper rates than what I had. In the end it took us a few months to move forward, but as soon as we called they were ready to go even though it was the high season and they were quite busy. Not only did they fill out the permit for my town, they even dropped it off after emailing it to me for signature. We asked the installers to remove a tile heat shield left behind by the sellers and it turned out it was screwed and glued down [we all thought it was just laid in]. The poor guys had to chisel and drill and hammer and scrape for quite some time. They still finished the whole job in the morning, and it came in several hundred dollars under the [very reasonable] estimate. I had a small question about the remote, and they sent someone right out. Top notch.

I purchased a pellet stove from Fireside Warmth a year 2- 3 months ago. Installation went fine, pellet stove had one minor issued resolved. Then a couple of weeks ago my stove just stopped working. I called them in a week they were here. The man opened up my side of the pellet stove took out a clear looking box slide the box open and took out four double AA batteries. REALLY! Said I should have know about the batteries! I gave the man my AA batteries he put the stove back together started right up. I also had them bring 20 more bags of pellets which I helped carry in and he had no problem with that! I am 62 year old women! Then the bill 90 dollars for the batteries, 140 for the pellets, I questioned the 90 dollars and was told I got a break from 125.00. I wrote the check I called to speak to the owner or I was told John would call three times. No one has called the check is cashed! I will not be going to them anymore. They probably don't care about loosing a customer!
