They refuse to look at another shop write up, want to misdiagnosed my vehicle and tell me there was more problems wrong with it than the other place I went to. Don't have corporate number on hand and was very short with answers. Told me i needed to replace my back brakes when they are literally brand new.just a rip off place all in all

I had a wonderful time. They were curious and pleasant. I sit in the waiting area with no problem. Waiting for my car was in the waiting place was great. Love them.

These guys were so kind a professional! I took my car in for a brake check and they treated me and my car so well. I felt very comfortable in here, and safe. This is a great place to come for routine maintenance on your vehicle.

They were extremely helpful since I decided to take a car to them before I made the decision to purchase it. This location in Cicero NY is a lot further than my Rochester NY location but the car I was looking at was out there. But Firestone still has great quality across the board! Even though they did not service this particular car, since it was a hybrid, they still had a lot of knowledge that helped me make my decision. I feel so comfortable with them and I will continue to go to them for their great customer service and car knowledge expertise.

Great professionalism, the group of worker's appeared knowledgeable and passionate about their duties. Also, I WASN'T harassed with a 1,001 recommendations. I vividly remember telling my wife that it was the first time it never happened. Although I appreciate when I'm informed about any potential issues. We all know how persistent and down right pessimistic some mechanics can be. Bridgestone is totally different, I'd recommend them to anyone.

Having a child away at school with car problems can be a headache. They were friendly and accommodating. Great to know they are close!

Firestone was a great experience. I drove to them on a rim. They were fast and friendly. I didn't even have an appointment. The prices were also very affordable. I would absolutely recommend them!

Firestone is too pricey. Mechanic took too long to repair my vehicle which caused me to think he didn't know what he's doing. But it turned out ok. Just to friggin pricey.

I have gone to Firestone on Erie Boulevard since 2011. From 2011 to the middle of 2018, service had been good.

But from late 2018 to the present, I noticed that scheduled appointments online have not been confirmed, Sunday appointments are inconvenient for state vehicle inspections, and weekday appointments for service can be cancelled without warning.

This Firestone used to be much better than this. Unfortunately, the quality of this company has gone downhill.

Made appointment online, got in early, they looked at it right away, my battery was about to go, so I couldn't wait. They did an electrical system check, and all I needed was a new battery. I appreciate the fact they didn't try to sell me an alternator or starter as some other shops might. Great fast service, I would go back there again.

Had a flat tire heading back home to Canada and they changed the tire, put back the spare one at it's place and even put back all my luggages in the trunk!

These guys are awesome! Got a punctured tire early in the afternoon and had a concert to go to, they had my tire fixed in record time! Thank you guys:)

I asked the gentleman how long it would be and they were done with our car in less time friendly staff very helpful low rates clean office and bathrooms with a comfortable air conditioned lounge style sitting area with a charging station that fit just about any phone thanks Firestone for making our experience a great one

Dave the auto mechanic at this Firestone Complete Auto Care was fantastic. There was a problem on my car for which the cause of the problem was in question Dave helped me to figure out a solution and after he worked on my car the results far surpassed my expectations. I was truly impressed and happy with this Firestone Complete Auto Care and in particular I was treated extremely well by Dave.

Found the customer service representative tyler to be extremely helpful and professional.went above and beyond to ensure my visit was too my satisfaction.the prices were fair the mechanics were knowledgeable and i will most definitely be returning here for now on for all my tire needs.

My wheel almost fell off after they didn’t tighten my lug nuts after a tire swap. This caused two studs to break off. They said they would take care of it and it would be done by 7pm. Called and said that it wouldn’t be ready that evening which left me stranded but that they would take care of it. Called the next morning and tried to charge me around $700.beware. If I could give less than one star. I would.
