First Management Corporation, Queens NY

The units are all one bedroom apartments. It felt very spooky and I felt my apartment was haunted. But it was several Arabic people in the one bedroom above me, they had a dark obsession with me and it became physically violent.
The realtor knew I felt in danger, so I requested another unit.
Unfortunately, First Management
Corporation just did not have a care in
the world.
So I had to move on and move out.
My upstairs neighbors were scary and violent. So I left them, right where they at in the one bedroom apt bunched up.

Third Review
: Did need the exterminator again to help us and fortunately this time we got his name, It is Mike. He worked hard trying to eliminate the pests.
Henry, as you well know, is great superintendent. Thank you so much for having him on your staff.
Clarence and I have so much respect for you. You are a keeper!

Second Review
We thank again James Demetriou, CEO for all that he has done for us. He is a keeper. We are still grateful for his having Henry, as a superintendent in our building. Henry is awesome and superior to the ordinary superintendents that you see in many buildings.
We also want to thank Mr. Demetriou for sending a really good exterminator (don't know his name) to our building. Glad to have him come to help us.

Throughout the years that we have been in contact First Management, it has been a wonderful.experience We have always been treated so well by James Demetriou, CEO, hat it feels like we are family members. We have never had a problem that was not taken care of immediately.
Thank you so much for having Henry (the super) on your staff. He handles any apt problems, quickly and efficiently. He also keeps the building in pristine condition.

For 8+ years, I have lived under an inconsiderate old man playing the electric guitar connected to an amplifier. He doesn't have floor covering, which the management has failed to enforce, and he plays his TV at night above my bedroom after 10 PM. You would think they would have done something about it after more than 50 emails I sent to them. At least impose the monetary fees we all signed up for in our Building Rules. But no, not First Management and their utmost incompetent management. If they do not do anything about it either way, at least they will get my review. At this point, my only options are either they go bankrupt or I sell my property to recover some of my peace of mind. They are so deficient that my money is on the former.

Besides that, the whole condition of the building is pitiful. The more than a year with no laundry room. The fetid smell coming from broken sewage lines that take weeks to get solved, The constantly broken elevator, and like that, I can go on and on and on.

My friends think that my landlord is lousy, well, the landlord is me, and I feel like I'm renting; no, no. I feel like I'm living in city housing buildings FOR FREE!
