FirstCare Medical Office, Baldwin NY

I'm so happy this office has an amazing group of physicians. From the moment I walk in I'm always greeted with a warm smile. They take their time, great listeners, they care about their patients.

They refuse to see you unless you pay upfront Cash or check only. They didn’t bother to tell me this until I had waited 45 minutes. I had 10 singles and a five plus some change. No go. Nice to know what their priorities are

Cash or checks only. Their credit card machine doesn't work apparently. Doesn't seem like they're trying to get it fixed any time soon, so if you're using HSA or FSA, make sure you get a receipt so that you can get reimbursed.

The staff is very friendly, the drs there are CARING, COMPASSIONATE AND SPENDS TIME LISTENING TO ME and what’s going on with my body! THE BEST PLACE EVER! GOD BLESS THE ENTIRE STAFF THERE

I ve gone to this for many years! The staff is wonderful! They are always very nice an pleasant … during this crazy time there are wait times.they try their best to move patients in an out.sometimes things take time.just need to be patient… Most dr a offices I ve had long wait times …

OMG! Do not step a foot in ever.
WoW, if the proper law enforcement channels will investigate this putrid place, every1 going to jail. Keep away, many other places can treat your issues properly

Apathy and incompetence.
