Fisher Bus Services Inc, Hamburg NY

Fisher bus is horrible. They routinely change drivers, pick up time of 7: 10 really means anywhere from 6: 50 until 7: 20 or not at all. No one ever answers the phone anymore, goes directly to Lindsay's voicemail. This might as well be garbage mail, because Lindsay will not return a phone ever. If I could give Fisher bus a zero star I would. I would like to start receiving a salary for the times I'm late for work because I have to drive my child to school. Unfortunately Hamburg school district has no alternative to Fisher bus and Fisher bus shows no concern for the quality of service or the safety of our children.

They'll train you, the office is full of great employees who are kind, fun, energetic and caring.

I absolutely love working here. They literally go out of there way for there drivers and customers. I think parents should understand that we are in a serious bus driver shortage. They can only do what they can with the short amount of drivers they have. The workplace is a great atmosphere.

We had April as our driver for a large group of people attending Waldfest. She was a great driver, very patient with us, and tolerant, as we made her play German music on our bus ride to the German festival. She is a good person to request if you are having a fun event.

I love this company and there drivers. Out of all the drivers I have had and experianced my favorites have been 508-Val (7 Years I had him) 492-Ray (2 years) 495 Brian and 497 Cathy (1 Year). Thanks Fisher Bus and can't wait to see who my bus driver is for freshman year in September.

Worst bus service in Hamburg. WORST, my daughter was running out to the end of the drive way when the bus blew past her, not even looking to see if she was coming. Just blew on past. And when I called to ask they said they need to be at the end of the driveway and if they driver doesn't see them they don't have to stop. So when the driver is constantly late, never has a set routine or schedule.but my child is expected to be on time everyday? When the drivers doesn't give the same respect of keeping a schedule. Worst bus service in Hamburg. Parents work, and rely on this service. A little compassion goes a long way.

Just had bus 497 just stop on rt. 391 at 7 15am to let another bus enter from side street. Almost caused us to hit said bus. Also, no turn signal used coming off of Hermin Hill. Accidents waiting to happen!

Zero. Zero stars! This morning is just ONE instance in a string of many over the last 4 years. I called the bus garage at 8: 33am asking where my child’s bus was (it usually comes @8: 25-8: 28) and Lindsay told me that the bus stopped at my house (according to their GPS) at 8: 30am…it most certainly did not! …and that the bus was too far from my house to turn around to pick up my child. At 8: 38am, after I told my 8year old I was going to drive him to school, WE WATCHED THE BUS DRIVE BY AND NOT STOP! So HOW in the world did the bus stop at my house at 8: 30am and then drive by at 8: 38am? I called the bus garage back at 8: 41am TWICE, and they didn’t answer! I left a message the second time that will likely receive no response. I am so entirely sick of the lies from this company! Do they not know that parents work? Luckily I am working from home currently, but I still had to explain to my boss why I have to punch out for 40 minutes AND use my PTO!

The last day I worked at this place was on 11/8/21 and I'm still waiting for my last check from the prior week of the 8th.
I've tried to contact Angela the manager and Lindsay the receptionist, asking for someone to mail my check. I've sent emails to Angela but no replies, I made
phone calls and left voicemails to both of them and no replies. My phone calls were ignored and my emails too. Last Tuesday 11/30/21 someone finally answered the phone, the male that works at the office
I think his name is Jeff. He said to me that they would put a stamp on it and mail me my check, but it never came. I am not asking for charity, I am claiming what I worked for.
I have the right to my check and These people do not have the right to withhold it from me. They're abusing their job titles, Unprofessional, and just plain mean and disrespectful.
