Fishers Fruit Tree Farm, Brockport NY

Driving near this business on the back roads of RIGA, NY (no cars in sight for miles) and a red mini van with Fishers Tree Farm logos on the doors completely blows past a STOP sign, and cuts my SUV off on a one way highway with my family and I driving 70 in a 65. Instead of waiting 3 seconds to let us pass, he cuts us off within inches and sends my car swerving into the oncoming traffic lane (that is thankfully empty). I’m blown away. We couldn’t catch up to the vehicle after we regained our composure. Our SUV had to emergency brake, forcing my family and our belongings in the car to fly everywhere and hurting us tremendously. I recorded on video the mini van then traveling 90 MPH in a 35 zone, with children and families around. We were able to see it was a male around 45-60 years old, dark hair.

I call the business and with zero accountability the owner makes a million excuses. First it’s his mothers car, then he is apologizing saying his mother was driving. We disprove that and explain it was a man. He then tries saying someone had a heart attack and that’s the reason. All of this with zero apologies.

Ridiculous. We had no idea about this business until we were driven off the road by their vehicle. All I was hoping for was some sense of urgency, care for a potential customer who didn’t deserve the scare caused to us. However, we received the opposite and won’t ever be visiting this place.

Absolutely loved the family feel. $50-60 for 7footer trees. We called ahead and there was a miscommunication about us coming at a specific time v right away. We arrived early and the family gave us instructions/ were flexible with our timing on arrival.

Absolutely loved chatting with "mom" who was friendly and put a smile on my face. The entire experience was great.
