They are literally thieves. Even if you cancel your membership they keep charging month after month. Do yourself a favor and never do business with this kind of company.

Been coming here for quite awhile. The staff is fantastic, but the cleanliness of the gym and machines seem to be going downhill. Pre-COVID it was wonderful. After COVID, I noticed the windows and sills were dirty and/or dusty, however the machines were still well kept. Now, however some of the machines are downright disgusting with dirt, dust and grime build up. I heard from another member that John who use to clean them is no longer with them. I can only hope that they get someone soon to tend to this or I will have to find a new gym. Hoping it doesn’t come to that.

A bit crowded, particularly with high schoolers - but it is summer.

Using some of their HIIT / cardio /class rooms to gym members to have more space to workout during non class times would be a good idea.

Good gym, friendly staff. All the necessary equipment. Only thing it was short on was space. Will return next time I’m on Long Island.

This gym is a literal cesspool.there are so many kids on their phones, with their stupid tiktoks and their stupid instagrams, i hate it all! They hog the machines and not to mention, there’s only one chest machine upstairs that usually has a line of people waiting for their turn because this stupid gym only has one of it.they play stupid music and i once found a mountain of poop in a urinal! What is going on here? ! Im going to la fitness instead, at least they seem to be more competent and have a cleaner bathroom with no poop mountains.

I'm editing my review because although the facility is very well kept, my overall experience has changed. Unfortunately, this place has turned into a daycare. Maybe schools should have a summer program for students who want to work out for free. And believe me, I think it's great that our youth is choosing to exercise over other things, but when you have groups of 4 or more hanging out at every piece of equipment, my productivity is stalled.

Do not get fool. The owners and the and a few staff members are racist. I will share my story soon. They do not treat people of my race fare. Few incidents happen at that gym and they did not handle it fairly. They’re judgmental and bunch of young kids working out at that raciest gym.

The gym is nice, local and parking is great. The lady employees are very sweet. I do have some issues though as I was purchased a 6 mth membership and I've been asking how much was paid as there is no price listing in the location only in a book for the staff. No one is able to look it up but the manager. I've been calling and he's not there. You call the young man i spoke with wasn't helpful and acts as if i was bothering him. Totally unprofessional. I got two different prices so to not have anything on file as to how much was paid seems absurd to me. The only one who has a way of looking it up is the manager who isnt there everyday. To avoid any confusion a price listing in the establishment would be wise as well as keeping track of members payments when paying a 6 month membership or any payment. Also, I must say the machines could use a nice cleaning. The stair master there are only 3 machines and some people will stay on there for an hr or more in the mornings and you won't have the opportunity to even get on smh. Maybe set a limit for those machines.

Friendly staff, clean facilities and a judgement free zone makes this a great place to reach my fitness goals.

The gym is large enough. Usually at 5: 30-6 AM you do not have to wait long, if at all, to use a machine or a bench. There is a large selection of machines. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Older crowd comes in the early AM and younger in the late afternoon.

I feel that over the past year both my strength and health have improved.

Had a billing issue. Membership was cancelled by still got a collections letter. Management was unresponsive and eventually spoke to a manager that had a bad attitude. Unfortunate because I like to support smaller local businesses.

I just joined about 2 months ago and I really like this place. It's very clean and the folks that work there are friendly and helpful. The clientele is a nice mix of ages and health status and it really feels like a judgment-free space. Everyone seems to mind their own business and do their own thing. And the price is super affordable.

I love my Zumba class with Matt the trainer. He makes it so much fun. You don't feel like your working out, just dancing.
