We stayed here for a business event across the street with Morrocan oil, the hotel it great & Manuel C was super helpful in every way!
Definitely will be staying here in the future. Try Mattos coffee shop right across the street.

Stayed for 2 weeks here, maybe because of that they upgraded me to a 1 bedroom suite. Colleague who stayed in regular room said it was quite small, compared to other hotels nearby.

Breakfast voucher is limited to American breakfast, which consists of 2 eggs, toast, coffee or tea, and a choice of bacon or sausage. Service is not bad, though some staff needs more training.

No bidet in the toilet though. There was a tub in the suit but didn't get a chance to use it.

It was a rough night - topped off by a 8: 30am KNOCKing by housekeeping on the floor… on a Saturday!

The bathroom door squeaked so loud it woke up everyone if someone needed the bathroom.

I was disappointed, the hotel didn’t match the hype and fell below expectation for the pay.

Stay somewhere else unless required to be in the area.

This was our first time staying at Fitzpatrick’s. It’s the perfect location with Central Park, Times Sq, and 5th Ave.all within easy walking distance. On arrival at the hotel we were greeted by Aoife who was so friendly and welcoming. She went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect and looked after us so well. We had a large comfortable very clean room with an adjoining sitting room. The bed was one of the best we ever slept in and badly needed each day after sightseeing. A true Irish welcome, we’ll be back!

Great place, located in midtown. Rooms are clean, centrally located to two subways and waking distance to Bloomingdale's and other great restaurants. The restaurant here is for a great NY cocktail and pickie but to mention very cozy seating.

I would definitely recommend this hotel. A great hotel in a great location. Staff are all really sound and added to the stay. Great atmosphere in the hotel. Nice place to be going back to after being out in a city as busy as NYC.

The food was great and the ambiance was stellar. I really enjoyed it. The service was wonderful. They catered to a party of 14 people and made adjustments where necessary. They aimed to please and I was happy. Happy Thanksgiving to all the Fitzpatrick employees.

Great traditional Irish American hotel in the heart of Midtown Manhattan. Superb staff and lovely bar and an excellent Irish Breakfast

Very Happy with the Fitzgerald. I travel a lot! I'd let my grandmother stay here!
I was able to get a suite for the same price as a regular room and it was well worth it!
The rooms are much more spacious than a traditional Manhattan Hotel
Thank you Fitzgerald!

The hotel is conveniently located, not far from central park, 5th avenue and Times Square. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. One of the cleaning lady was very helpful as we had to come back to our room and she left to give us some space and come back to clean again. The front desk staff was great too since we booked with a 3rd party service and did not have WiFi but the front office staff still gave us complimentary wi-fi! We had a lovely stay at the hotel!

Do NOT rely on the ratings and reviews for this hotel because you will be very disappointed. I can only think of 2 positives. It's centrally located and if you get a suite, you will have space. With that said, I asked when I made my reservation if the hotel has valet and what it would cost for an SUV. They told me $70 which was steep compared to other hotels we called, but I needed a suite and the rate was somewhat decent (at least I thought so when we reserved)

When we got to the hotel no one came outside to greet us or bring us a luggage cart. Nothing! Their reception is literally right there in the front window overlooked street so they easily see when someone pulls up. I had just come back from 3 weeks in California and had a lot of luggage. They sat there watching us unload my luggage onto the cart with zero offer to help. When we went inside and asked where the valet is, they told us they don't have valet because of covid but that's NOT what we were told when we made the reservation or I never would have made the reservation. We then had to drive and find a garage which was a total inconvenience. When we got back to the hotel we brought our luggage up to the room. The room itself wasn't awful but it wasn't good. Embassy Suites and some Homewood suites are even much nicer. This place is run down. Carpet in rooms and hallways is all frayed. The bathrooms are so TINY even in suite that you can hardly move around. Friends staying in basic room said their bathroom was even smaller. Both of us noted mold around the toilet and customer service is non existent. This wasn't the first time I stayed here but it will certainly be my last as this place has gone way down hill. I am not an angry custom writing a nasty review. I am a regular person giving an incredibly honest review of the Fitzpatrick. Even if they had valet like they told me over the phone, between how outdated everything is, the tiny bathrooms and the lack of customer service, we still would have been unhappy with this hotel. I've stayed at so many NYC hotels from Embassy Suites, to Affinias to 5 star resorts like Crosby Street and the Mark Hotel.this hotel is officially a stay away from. Not one person even apologized or offered a discount when they found out we were told they had valet. You have tons of choices in the city. You will regret staying here unless money is a huge object and you need a suite.

Great hotel! The staff was helpful when we needed to leave our bags before check in. It has several food options very close by, there is also a subway station only a few blocks away. The building and rooms are dated but I think it’s charming. Our room was bigger than most hotel rooms we’ve stayed in. Our room and linens were very clean. Would stay at this location again.

This hotel is old, not super clean.
My room has no natural light even in the middle of the day. I do not recommend it to anyone.

I adore this hotel. I will always stay here. The staff is beyond friendly and accommodating and really makes you feel taken care of. This hotel has been a gold star anytime my family and I need a place in the city. They go above and beyond for their guests and it makes the experience and stay so much better. Bravo Fitzpatrick!
