Five Below, Bronx NY

False advertisement, how is the store called 5 below and they have items in there for more than $5.

Love the t- shirts! So many good sayings on them! Good variety of many things. The candy section is on point. So much to choose from!

Kids love this store. Great deals and you would be surprised at the things they sell from 5 dollar toys to 5 dollar decor. Im going back to hook up my children's "homeschooling area. "

Great store! They have a ton of affordable and amazing things! The lines are usually long though, but the cashiers work their hardest and are always nice!

Always find great bargains but they need more shopping hearts instead of the ones you pull along that's why I gave them four stars

It was crowded but the store is always well stocked, the customer service is always great and there are plenty great finds there from workout gear to headphones to art supplies!

Today 12June2020, the store was open. But it was for curb side pick up. No browsing or inside shopping. I understand the current situation with the COVID19 and re-opening sequence of events. I guess in the mean time call ahead. NO CASH! ONLY CREDIT OR DEBIT FOR PICK UP ORDERS.

Had to return a cracked laundry basket. The manager at Bay Plaza was very nice and professional. Was easy to exchange. Cashiers are very nice too!

5 Below still have some decent deals but was surprised when I saw items priced for 5.55 and 5 below items labeled 10 Below. 5 Below is now just a name of a store. It NO LONGER keeps their prices for 5 bucks or below. But FLORIDA still does.

Large assortment of items.most of the time if you buy somethi g that fails they will let you exchange it which is very good since you can imagine you get what you paid for $5 doesnt give you the best items

Please try to clean the store a little more. It looks like a war zone most of the time. However, it is a great place to get deals and I do love shopping their. Especially when I need Christmas presents.

I took a quick walk around and I saw lots of interesting things. The prices are really low! I didn't ask for help but the seemed nice!

Name says it all about the prices they are $5.or less. They have a large selection of assorted things from toys to electronics and just about everything in between. The store is kept clean and well stocked. Staff is pleasant but few and far between. Insufficient number of cashier's and personnel to help.

Eh. Store has great finds & good deals but the lines are always long because they only have 1 cashier. 2 when it gets busy. Customer service could be a lot better. No one on the sales floor to help.
I actually got hired to work here when the first opened, did orientation & never got paid for it.
I still shop there tho (when there's no lines)

They have pretty much anything u want, toys, make up, candy, soda phone accessories, headphones, school supplies, etc for $5 or less. Yes $5 or less. Go there u wont be disappointed.

This store I Love the staff ate friendly and theirs alot of stuff u and get under $5 from headphones too school supplies make sure too come here if your in co-op city. Stock up!

I have had better customer service at Bay Plaza Five below than Pelham. Except for lines at five below in Bay Plaza they are helpful. I called both stores and I hope I recall correctly. Jasmine possibly is her name at Bay Plaza told me every Paw Patrol item they had in stock and she left the bag with all of the items for me to come and purchase at the register. I give 4 stars because at peak hours they tend to have long lines and not enough cashiers.

Line was as long as the length of the store, not enough people on the cash register, kids tossing rubber balls to one another, store products thrown on the floor, people stepping over stuff, if I didn't love that old school candy, I would've made a u turn

I love this store, you can always find good things for cheap price, but the lines are crazy long.

How can you not like this place? ! You're sure to find something cute/fun. Of course not everything is a good buy, some items can be kinda cheap.always tell myself just buy a couple things, & end up leaving w/ a bag full of stuff cuz everything is literally $5 below. Cashiers aren't usually very friendly.go check it out tho!
