Five Guys, Victor NY

This place is by far one of my favorite places to grab a quick bite. I first experienced 5 guys out of Indiana Pennsylvania when I was attending college. This place forever imbedded it's deliciousness and fond memories into my soul. Always very friendly staff and amazing quality every time. Highly recommend!

The time from order placement to pick up is just always too long here. This location gets a ton of grubhub/doodash orders so that doesn't help the average walk-in customer wait time. Food is good on par or better than other five guys I have been to.

Best burger I have ever had from a restaurant chain. The shake was also very good. I received my food fast.

Yummy food. Annoying kid that had the whole restaurant to sweep and swept right in front of me as I was trying to eat and enjoy my audio book. I picked up everything & moved tables.

The guy at the register was a sweetheart, asked how things were, it was refreshing to have a guy be such a gentleman! He had great customer service skills Unlike the sweeper kid.

Five guys is a consistently okay burger, with a heaping helping of fries. Fries always seem dry, but they have malt vinegar and ketchup to compensate. I do wish they had more topping options for their burgers.

Me and a co worker went for Lunch, good service, good food, clean store. Oh the Fries, my co worker loves the fries!

I placed a curbside pickup order and they forgot to give me one of my sandwiches. They did make it right when I went back though. Burger and fries were good, just a bit expensive in my opinion.

Got a burger and fries best I ever had! At a fast food chain you get all the toppings that go with burger, plus onions n mushrooms that are grilled. The fries you have 2 options regular or Cajun an you get a lot with just a normal size.

I'm obsessed with the fries! Love the milkshakes! And my Army husband who usually leaves restaurants still hungry was very happy (and full).

Great food and clean but staff has bad attitude.
No "Thank You" or "Have a Good Night" they always just throw my bag of food on the counter, Once I said "Thanks" and got a dirty look in return.

The food was good. The dining area was disgusting, all tables were dirty! Not very busy at the time I arrived! I had to eat in my car and when i was done I brought my garbage in to throw away and still every single table was dirty! Very unacceptable!

Great food! The girl messed up my burger then we went up to see if they could fix it and she threw cold bacon on it… so my father in law asked them to remake it because well, I wanted what we paid for and if she would of done it right the first time she wouldn’t of had to make it again! She was also very rude when I went up to get my burger, and the guy who took our order was also rude. I work in food service 1 there was no reason for the attitude because once again if she made it right the first time then she wouldn’t of had to make it again… I’ve had to remake food we’re I work, it’s part of your job! Other than that the food was great but the service from them HORRIBLE.

The burgers and fries were great and the counter guy accidentally doubled our milkshake order and comped us the duplicate shakes.

Filling burgers, nothing too fancy, excellent fries, always way more than need. Great atmosphere. Outfit seating available
