Five Guys, Queensbury NY

Probably the best 5 Guys I've ever eaten at. The service was good, the food was amazing, the restrooms were clean and BOTH of their beverage machines worked and had all flavors available. Quality establishment and delicious food.

Stopped in on my way home from work. Ordered 2 bacon burgers and a small fries. I.recieved 2 bacon CHEESE BURGERS. I CANT EAT DAIRY. UPON CALLING I WAS TOLD TO STOP IN AND MY ORDER WOULD BE MADE GOOD. I OFFERED TO BRING THE UNEATEN FOOD BACK WAS TOLD TOLD NO, TO JUST STOP IN. UPON GETTING THERE I WAS TOLD BY SOME PUNK RUDE KID (IM 63) THAT I NEEDED MY RECIEPT.

I was told by him he is the GM.

Five guys was generally a bit dirty inside. Freestyle soda machine lacked about half of offerings. Food insanely overpriced. I'd say the quality is a bit better than something like Wendy's or McDonald's. Overall, I rate five guys 2 stars. If you don't care about price, I'd recommend the bacon cheeseburger. That is the only dish that stood out to me.

Looking for a good burger, Five Guys is your place. They also offer hot dogs, fries, drinks and milkshakes.

Always a great experience. Was happy to see I could get a lettuce wrapped burger. Service was quick, efficient and friendly. The tables in the dining room could have used a little more attention.

Keith and his staff were amazing. Best 5guys on the planet. Got there late and wanted a milkshake. Keith went out of his way to make sure he reset the milkshake machine to accommodate us. Fries were also awesome.

I went to pick up my order and waited for 15 more minutes while being ignored by staff. Then my order was wrong. They really just need a spot to leave pick up orders where customers can access them, the point is to not have to wait for your food to be done.

Orders take a few minutes and that's great because they're always fresh. Love this place! The staff are always super friendly too! 10 out of 10 recommend.

Hamburgers and fries that meet that craving when you have it. Don't go here for the atmosphere, that's stuck somewhere between 1950 and 2017, just go here when you're feeling hungry.

I have yet to be disappointed with ANY Five Guys restaurants. I have visited many in different states and even in other countries. Always the same great employee attitude, quality burgers and fries. Thank you for continuing to do a great job!

Never really had a terrible experience here, I have come here often. However, I sat next to the front door, and there was a smell of dirty mop water there. Ruined my appetite, unfortunately. I didn't see one anywhere, and I only knew that smell from my experience working in kitchens.

Everything was missing at least 1 topping and the biggest issue for me is that when you order cajin fries and get zero seasoning.
[Edited] went back to try again and ordered a bacon cheeseburger.and what do you know bacon missing.
