Five Guys, Amherst NY

The staff is always friendly and seem to have great respect for their customers and fellow workers. The food is prepared in an open kitchen format, and served in to-go bags, which is great since it helps keep the tables cleaner and allows the customer to take left overs home. The staff is very generous with extra fries in the bag. The fries are delicious since they are made with peanut oil. There are also free peanuts available. The staff is constantly cleaning the kitchen, dining area, and bathrooms. The burgers, hot dogs and milkshakes are also delicious! The menu is limited, however, Five Guys really excel in their cuisine. The only issue I have is that they do not offer choices that would be helpful for people who need to monitor their diets more due to serious illnesses, such as diabetes.

The hamburgers are the BOMB! Made to order, and so filling. Pricing is awesome and atmosphere fun!

If you enjoy a good hamburger, few places deliver like Five Guys. They are a little pricey, but I never notice this until hours after I have thoroughly enjoyed my lunch.

VEGGIE SANDWICH VEGGIE SANDWICH VEGGIE SANDWICH - I can't say enough about this sandwich. I got it on a whim trying to eat "healthy" at Five Guys (along with my side of greasy, delicious fries) and it's the only thing I get now. So delicious! This location is always clean and the employees are wonderful.

Great burgers and friendly staff. Always fresh everything. I love going in to see where the spuds they are working with are from and enjoying a hand full of peanuts while waiting.

Also with two working freestyle pop machines you get lots of deferment flavored drinks that you can't find out of freestyle machines.

Want a great amazing juicy Burger and great tasting fries this is the place to eat. Friendly service and great staff!

Excellent food and service. Not always the same crew when I go but they all smile and are very professional about their job. Honestly have never had a bad experience with 5 Guys. Keep it up guys

Just really, really good fast burgers. Lots of options for toppings. The hot dogs are also good as are the cajun fries. They have one of the new coke machines with tons of options and syrups as well. I am never disappointed with any of the Five Guys restaurants.

Delicious greasy burgers. They're not the biggest patties but they sure taste great! The fries too, whew lordy! Good stuff!

The burgers are pretty good, if a bit overpriced. The hotdogs are below average and ridiculously overpriced. I'd give them 3.5 stars if I could.

Order the right way and the price is similar to McD and BK. Love the overloaded fries and complimentary peanuts. That's in addition to the juiciest burgers and endless toppings!

Fast service at dinner time, lunch time not so much. The staff is very friendly and your food is always fresh. The only downside (which is also a plus in some cases) is that if you order online they will not cook your fries until you get there so if you are in a hurry then come back at dinner when you can enjoy it.

The food is very good. There are many optional toppings to choose from that are free and the fries are cooked in peanut oil. Customers also can enjoy unlimited peanuts for free. The only thing that bugs me is the cleanness of the restaurant, there are peanut shells everywhere and the tables are a little greasy.
