Five Loaves & Two Fishes reviews
7Whenever you are in Elmhurst a bad stuff This is place is located in that location. It's there. You can get a cheap and quick Chinese meal at a good price!
The restaurant has an assortment of dim sum items, large / small orders of fried rice and rice noodles available and 3 or 4 dishes you can choose from an available buffet with white rice for a set price. There is a station to purchase roast pork, barbecue ribs, roast pig and soy sauce chicken. The downside is place is closed on Sundays for religious observance and sometimes they run out of certain food items by 5 pm. They officially close at 7 pm.
Has many options and dim sums. Take out or eat in.
Confusing ordering and paying or lines You need to ordered your food, pay, then go back with your receipt to pick up your food.
Roasted duck is horrible no taste just simple garbage and to increase the cost is really a shame
Great food at affordable prices. I got their 干炒牛河, beef stir fried flat noodles, which was really good when eaten hot and fresh. I also got their two meat Chinese bbq platter with the roast pork and soy sauce chicken. We got some egg tarts as well. Definitely would recommend.
Amazing Dim Sum. I go here as an alternative instead of driving all the way to Chinatown. I've been here numerous times and it's in my rotation!
Just ok.nothing special… the pork n shrimp dimsum were edible and the congee was ok but STAY AWAY from the chicken feet… idk if its suppose to be sweet/sour but i definitely had nothing like that at any dim sum restaurant.it said honey chicken feet so, at most, i expected a little sweet but ate a couple of bites and i couldnt handle the taste…
