Decided to go with five star roofing to re do all our gutters and roofing. I am very pleased to nick did an amazing job was here from start to finish answered all of my questions very happy that k you five star

I did my roof job with five star roofing and I sign a 15 warranty if any leak reoccur they would come out at no additional charge, will that's not true I keep calling Nick and he said he going to come and fix it and no show its been two months now.

Nick came by and covered in detail what was required to complete the job. Some modifications were required during the course of the job, and Nick worked through them with us. The job is now complete and appears to be operating as advertised.

Nick was very professional and polite. The work was done in a timely manner and professionally. Would highly recommend this business.

I found Five Star Roofing online to fix my gutters and I am pleased with the results. The first day the guys finished the job, Nick (contractor) wasn’t pleased with their work and had them to come again the next day. He will assure you that the job will get to your expectations!

I just used Nick and his team to replace my roof. He was responsive, timely and professional. His team moved quickly, and got the job done in two days as soon as he had a forecast with no rain. The morning they arrived I asked them to put an additional layer of insulation, which he priced and accommodated immediately. His bid was not the lowest I received, but the detail in his quote suggested solid attention to detail and that is apparent looking at his work.

We had an emergency when half of our roof was blown off from a wind storm nick and he's crew not only got the job done quickly and beautifully but they also handled some problems with our insurance. This is by far the wort service I have ever received. We contacted Nick to come and look at a roof repair we needed, and he was quick to come out. He came out and tried to sell us on needing a whole new roof for a leak we had on our second floor, but said he would replace the capping "for now" and when we get approval from insurance he would come back and do the whole roof.

Cost us a "refundable" $200 estimate on the job which we never got back, and he kept ignoring our calls after the "job" was done. When he did answer he would tell us his secretary was just about to fax us the estimates to give to insurance. Weeks later still nothing.

On top of all of that, the very next wind storm pretty much every piece of capping came off the roof from the very poor job Nicks "guy" performed. Took forever to get in touch with him again to get it fixed, which he promised it would be.

Turns out he sent the guy back to put up the same garbage stuff, when we were not even home, and had no idea the guy had even been there.

We had to go with another roofing company to do the job correctly, and very glad we did, but not happy to be out the $2000 this guy scammed from us.

Oh and don't believe his whole "Google Guaranty" garbage. If you didn't find him through Google they wont care either so it's just salesman nonsense.

Wish we never found this guy, and I hope this review helps save some other people a headache from deal with this criminal.

We couldn't believe how quickly Nick responded when I asked for an estimate. He came over, inspected the damage, gave me an estimate, and after our OK, had his men here in sub-freezing weather finishing the job in record time. Looks good, and has a good warranty.

Nick was prompt and very professional! I would recommend them to anyone who needs roofing work. The corrected a leak in my roof with one days notice.

Called because I had a leaking roof during a strong storm. Nick arrived 30 minutes right after my call, found the problem, and sent his guys over to fix the problem 2 days later. Fast and amazing service.

I would recommend this business to anyone. Hurricane Ira mess up my roof and inside my house. I called them and was worried about further damage to my house. Nick and his crew came out. Job well done. No wait no hassle. I am a very happy customer.

Called five star roofing co.over to my buildings both buildings was having multiple leaks so they offered me a Firestone roof system the warranty was very promising so I did go forward with this company and I am pleased to say after this rain storm I did not have one leak the work was done proper the roof Is in excellent condition and most important there I no more leaks I recommend this company highly

I called five star roofing to take a look at a roof leak and Nick was able to identify the problem was actually with the gutter and not the roof. The repair was done the same week and there hasn’t been any leaks since the fix.

I’m very pleased with the way Nick runs his business. As a business owner and person that deals with customers and the public, I know it takes a lot of caring and belief in what you do If you were going to have a satisfied customer base and a satisfied customer is priceless!
He is knowledgeable and he cares and he has a good team that is very responsive and thorough. They assessed the problem with a flat roof leaking situation that has been addressed by other companies on successfully and he gave me a solution that had never been offered to me before. Not only did they do a good job but they left the general condition of the roof better than they found it AND they did it right away.
