Awful customer service. Not worth shopping if you want to EXCHANGE for an even pricier item. (didn’t even ask for store credit). Came all the way from out of town with my original receipt and order number to exchange but they have a measly 5 day return policy.

No customer service! 5 day return policy that mysteriously changed to 4 days from when the item was baoght till when it was returned. Would not recommend shopping there, least over $350

I got the store number from my friend, i calld but the owner was not in the store so she gave me her worker number.
At the beggining I was scared of buying my layette over the phone, but then i started to talking with the sale girl and I asked her all the questions about sizing.and i have to tell you i got some different sizes some 0-3m some 3-6m and even a 6m size and guess what? ! She was right, a lot of company runs different. So all i can say i had a comfortable and pleasant experience with them. Highly recommended.
