Whatever you do, please refrain from ever calling this cab service. If you do decide to call them, be aware you will have a very horrible experience. The customer service is non existing. This car service does not value its customers. When you call and they tell you that your car will arrive in 5 minutes, be sure that you have 10-15 minutes to spare waiting on the arrival of the car. The drivers have zero hospitality nor customer appreciation. I had a driver one time who refused to take me to work (causing me to be late and lose pay) because I quote "he couldn't take me because I'm a person he picked up before that refused to pay him" I have never seen this driver before, furthermore I have never had any incident in my life where I refused to pay for services that was rendered to me. This was clearly a scenario of mistaken identity but this happened to cause me to be late for work, by waiting an additional 15 minutes for another car to arrive as a replacement for this nut job.

Try New Lots Car Service if you need a ride and want to be treated with respect during your ride in a CLEAN car that arrives on time.
