To be honest with you guys, your service is excellent, I love the way you do this as a professional job.

As a new patient my first experienxe was a good one. The staff was very friendly and the dentist was very attentive when it came to the tooth that was causing me pain.

My experience at the dentist was very good. Good thing about it. I have not wait for 30 minutes and the worker was very polite.

Always a great experience with Dr. Neeti S.and her team. Courteous and on time. My kids love going to the dentist, all smiles here!

This is my first time here. And I was very happy to visit this place. Thanks to Elena for been nice and informative, to Irina for cleaning my teeth without much pain and giving me advice how to keep my teeth white and hope to see doctor Anastasia for root canal next time.

The atmosphere there is always warm and welcoming, the office is very clean, everything is clean. Staff make my son's feel very comfortable and very well informed about the service being done with them. I love the mural, it's inviting for children.

The children dentistry was really good the team was very informative. My son had a great time.
The adult dentistry is horrible, the dentist doesn’t inform you of what’s going on step by step. The staff is confused being the culture is Russian and the men don’t have any manners for the woman. I wouldn’t recommend this place unless you’re Russian.

I’ve been coming here for years and this the first time I got someone who wasn’t personable. When I was called I came in said hi the girl didn’t say anything. Although I’m bad at names, she didn’t even say hi I’m so and so and I’ll be taking care of you. I then sat down the most she said was bite. It’s for the device when you’re doing the xray. When I moved my head I saw her scrubs were dirty and if not dirty stained from whatever. That’s not a good look you’re putting things in my mouth. It just wasn’t a good look at all. She then walked away didn’t say have a nice day, the hygienist will be with you shortly, or nothing. For Terence she had a really long weave and light pink scrubs on. My hygienist and the doctor are always nice and speak. I will say if the technician doesn’t to work with people she should find a new job. I will say the ladies my son saw were very nice a Spanish and black woman. They asked how was his day and were really sweet.

This is absolutely the worst dentist I have ever been too, the dentist is very rough and inconsiderate would not recommend too a dog

I gave it two start because the man who took my X-rays was very nice. I don’t remember the name of the doctor but it was not a pleasant experience. It felt like a factory because he was cold and yes, quickness is convenient but not when you tell me I need something without explaining why. My experience did not feel welcoming at all. I also mentioned cavities and they were not looked into.

Had a very pleasant experience at this dental office. Front office staff, dental assistant and Dr Zack were all friendly, courteous, efficient and professional. WELL DONE FLATLAND DENTAL CARE.
