Today I was in the eat Northport branch and was assisted by THE BEST YARDMAN in the business, Carlos, I'm not there very often however it's always a pleasure to be taken care of by this gentleman, he's the type of guy you hope will help you, but seldom find- a real pro
The entire staff and business is wonderful, but he's a stand out
I just bought $325 in base moulding, which I previously made a much larger order at the end of 2020. I brought the moulding with me so they could match it up. Took delivery, inspected the pieces for any damage which one was cracked in half. No big deal, started cutting after confirming no other damage. Find out they sent slightly different moulding then what I brought in to match up. The manager said he could do nothing for me as I already cut. So apparently you can come into this location with moulding so they can match it and they still get it wrong but now it’s my problem. They offered to order what should have been ordered but would have to pay again.
