Floss Fly Cuts, Niagara Falls NY

I left this barbershop extremely satisfied thanks to Brian. He gave excellent customer service, and provided an above expectation haircut. I will be returning here each time I require a haircut.

I've been here approximately 5 times now.unfortunately I cannot sit and wait for two to three hours for a haircut it's a great place to get your haircut but I'm going to have to go elsewhere it is impossible to wait that long and you cannot set up appointments I don't know how you make any money charging $25 and leaving a person in the chair for 2 hours. I hope you use this as positive advice you've lost a good customer I usually give you $40 every time I come in

Unprofessional as hell. Wasn’t open at 10: 00AM like the website states then i called at Noon And he said that he’d be open shortly. Never opened at or at least at noon like he said. Doesn’t take much reach the masses in 2022. Make a Facebook and communicate through that. Here’s an example “Hey guys running late today. Pls check for any updates on my Facebook wall” it’s just that simple. No one has money to waste on gas to check if you’re open. Bad business. I’ll be taking my business to Buffalo for now on.

I’d rate this shop 10 stars if I could. The owner is an artist with the clippers. Kid friendly environment. Owner was very professional and most importantly best haircut I’ve had since being in Niagara Falls and it’s not even close.
My only issue is that my work schedule doesn’t allow me to go more frequently as it clashes with the business hours. But before any event I have, I’ll take an extra day off to get a cut here. He’s THAT GOOD.

Love this barbershop and also the barber himself. Very kid friendly and respectful place to get a fresh cut.

My man brain as I a dopest barber in Niagara Falls. The rest of the barbers in the town are terrible
