Be for warned they do not take any returns back. I bought some light bulbs that did not work for some reason and my light fixture. Tried returning 2 Days later and notice the sign final sales. Thankfully it was only a couple dollars but because of the no returns I will never shop again at this store

Update 6/30/22 - changed rating to 4 stars from 1 star. Manager (Dan) coordinated additional pickup for left behind section of bunk beds. Hopefully staff will be trained and canned responses will reflect the supports for bunk beds are included in approved donations.

6/23/22 feedback- I find it very wasteful that u will not take the wooden plank support bottom that comes with the bed frame when a bunkbed is purchased.   This isn't a box spring- why won't the team accept this part of the bed?   Someone has to build or buy this as an extra purchase even though they may be strapped for cash?

I am disappointed. It would have been helpful to know that you considered the wooden planks that cross the framing a "box spring" when u sent the original note explaining mattresses are not accepted.

You should revisit how bunkbeds are sold because that is part of the furniture purchase.   Not a purchase i had to make separate for a "box spring" as your techs tried to explain it.

Thanks for considering.

Fantastic people and products all at affordable prices. As a young guy without a lot of pocket change, this place is a dream!

I needed two cabinets and they took my number and called me when they had them. I was going to buy the new unfinished ones. THIS SAVE 150 BUCKS! Thanks for great service.

I went there 15 minutes before close because I wanted to take a quick look around and they already had their doors locked. Their hours are posted clearly on the door stating that they should have been open until 5. I was not the only person upset about this, because after I went to my car, 3 other people walked up to the door as well. I understand that they closed in literally 15 minutes, but they should lock their doors at their actual closing time instead of 15 minutes early because the staff doesn’t want to deal with anymore people for the day.

Disabled and can't walk and because I am not elderly they won't help me with a wheelchair ramp.which I think is wrong that agency won't help all disabled people with a ramp

Called to donate a gently used couch. Pickup guys came in and were rude. Came into my home with snowy, dirty boots and made a mess. After rejecting the couch they ripped the covers off of, they refused to help me move it because they're not insured to come into people's homes apparently. I would recommend donating elsewhere.

Called to arrange a sizeable donation pickup at my deceased brother's estate. As we live out of country, I called 2 weeks in advance to see about arranging a pickup. Not only was the initial call rudely answered, I was told that there is NO flexibility of changing their schedule to accommodate the pick up and then I was HUNG UP ON!
We don't have a vehicle large enough to bring the contents of the garage to the ReStore.
Why is a non-profit organization so difficult to work with? This is SO sad as we often donate to the ReStore in our area.

Y'all are doing great work fast. Biggest project ever, even hit the news in Rochester. But. When I have to call 911 due to planks ya'll left up for kids under 13 to walk across and could fall 20+ feet onto straight cement. Not cool. C'mon. Y'all should know better than that. An orange mesh gate had to be put up by rpd. Shouldn't have too waste their time over your lack of common sense. Get it together would ya? Or should I post pics of this blatant stupidity?

Horrible organization to deal with wanted to donate a house full of stuff.

First time I called and made an appointment it didn't get entered into the system had to call back and get later appointment.

They gave me a 2 hour wondering for pick up 3 days early. Called day off and all they would say it's same window (11-1. Sat there and called at 1: 05 said they were in their way, showed up at 130 with out though room for everything which they made me list when I made appointment.

They had to leave and come back. I ended up sitting in the house waiting for almost 5 hours, they banned up doorways and scratched the floor

Totally not worth it next time I'll get a dumpster.
