It won’t let me choose Alexa above under service provider for some reason, so I’m giving her her Flowers here aka “shout out. ” Alexa is the lash queen, she slays every time, & I always leave feeling fabulous. My lashes are dark, full, and fluffy just like I love I always enjoy our sessions together, we always catch up, and then I end up drifting off to space and snoring lol.luv ya boo xoxo Jill R

Initially I was referred to this shop by a friend, and Im happy to say that I have been getting my lashes done at Flutter Lash for almost 2 years now. The staff here are super professional, knowledgeable and talented. Even when you don’t know how to describe what you want.they ALWAYS know exactly how to execute what you’re looking for, beyond expectations. Another great perk.the ambiance and that playlist! The shop is super clean and inviting. 10/10, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

She did my lash extensions really nice although it’s not quite what I asked for/ what I showed in the pictures but I’m still satisfied with it. They lasted a long time so far it’s been 3 weeks and there hasn’t been much shedding at all. I’m giving 3 stars because the environment was kinda off, the place was messy with stuff everywhere all over the floor and the front desk girl was just eating chips and didnt even look at me when she was talking to me.don’t think I’ll be coming here again also since the cancellation and reschedule policies are super strict

Got lash extensions done with Pentheny and she was great! Was my first time and she put exactly what I was thinking of. I also went to her for my fill in and it was so smooth and easy. Fell asleep both times and the lashes lasted me more than a month.

Great attention to detail. I have super straight lashes that point down and the folks at Flutter listen and do an excellent job!

Alexa did an amazing job on my daughter lashes. She explained step by step for the eye lash lift. My daughter is so happy with the results.

I’ve been coming to Flutter for almost a year now and have never missed an appointment. I had a refill appointment booked and paid my $40 deposit. The day of my appointment, I had to cancel due to my husband getting into a bad car accident. I rebooked for the next day and asked if my deposit can go towards my next appointment since I was rescheduling and was told no. I spoke to Maddie “the manager” and asked if any exceptions can be made since I had an emergency and I never cancelled. Maddie told me no, because their policy is their policies for a reason. This seems money hungry to me. I rescheduled for the next day and paid another $40 deposit. Pentheny is my tech and she always delivers which is the only reason why I returned. At checkout I spoke to Maddie again about this policy and advised her maybe this should be a policy they should look into to because emergencies do arise and that’s unfair to loyal repeat customers and there’s a potential of losing loyal clients due to this policy. Maddie could care less about my emergency, she simply told me “well this policy has been working for us for years”. I do understand that this is stated when you book but as someone that has never rescheduled or missed an appointment, I think an exception could’ve been made especially since I returned the next day. Be careful when booking because if you have an emergency the day of you’ll lose your money.

Place is small but clean. I had lashed application and within one week the lashes fell off I asked to have it repaired and was told I had to o at a full repair price they should not charge a full price It’s not good. I’m going somewhere else.

Professionalism at its best. Highly recommended beauty boutique. Had both my eyebrows and lashes done here. The ladies are so patient considering how anxious I was.
When it comes to make up I prefer "enhancements", with a "natural" look. I was very satisfied with both my eyebrows (ombre), and lashes (extension) being done here. Tasha is so wonderful at encouraging while "beautifying" clients. Thank you Pentheny and Tasha.
