Great yarn shop, friendly staff, gorgeous selection of yarn and notions.
All the yarns are the same weight but different colors and very expensive. Not much of a different selection - I wasn’t able to find anything I would be interested in using. Better yarns of different texture and quality in NYC shops.
For such a quaint little shop with lots of potential, I was surprised at how uncommunicative the staff were. Not a single word other than hi, and only after I said hello first. They lost quite a sale today just from not being personable.
My wife loves this shop and I have to admit there is a definite charm to it.
I love this store. This is your mom and pop yarn store. The owner is especially nice. I love the selection of high quality yarns. It would be hard not to find a great yarn here and the color selection cannot be beat. Best yarn store in lower Westchester by leaps and bounds.
