Their attention to detail was fantastic. They took care of everything so my family and I could focus on grieving and honoring our loved one. They also went above and beyond to ensure that all guests were comfortable and well taken care of when they arrived.

Every single interaction with Tommy and the rest of the staff was so highly appreciated. Tommy was so warm and kind. His words of comfort and understanding provided relief and helped us feel a little better during this difficult and trying time.

Great experience. Tom was very helpful, understanding, respectful, knowledgeable and caring.
The only problem I had was that there was no waiting room. My family and I had to wait either outside or in the lobby while he was with another family.

The day before Mother's Day, my son's mother became very ill, and sadly, passed a few weeks later. Needless to say, her family is devastated, but for our son, only 12 years old, and was the light of his Mother's eye, his world will never be the same. During this time, the outpouring of love and concern, has been heartwarming from family and friends. However, meeting Mr. Thomas Flynn, became one of the best gifts my son could have received during this traumatic time. Tom met and received my family, and especially our young son, with such warm, and compassionate, open-arms. He spoke to us about this huge loss for a child, but also about the love of a mother and son, and although she is no longer here physically to care for him, the love of a mother is eternal and will always be with him. Mr. Flynn took a very special interest in helping us get my son through these rough days, and continues to do so. He has not forgotten us. During a very difficult time, Mr. Flynn was that special gift that our son needed, and words cannot express our appreciation to him, and his entire staff, for their guidance and support, when we needed it most.

From the moment we made the first call to Flynn Funeral & Cremation, we just know that our mother would be treated as though she were a member of the Flynn family. Their exceptional care extended to me and to all of my family. If I had only one word for them, I would use dignified. Tom Flynn and his staff are caring, thoughtful and considerate. They care about the details, both large and small, so you don’t have to worry – or even think - about them. They are thoughtful about the services, the arrangements, transportation, family dynamics, and even about things you might not have considered. Because of Flynn Funeral, we were able to focus on what mattered most, our mother and our families.

I cannot Thank Tommy And Brendan Flynn for their kindness and compassionate in walking me and my Family with the Loss of my Dad- their gentleness with picking my Dad up from my home - and then 4 months later doing the same with the loss of my Beautiful Mom. I recently lost my best friend and partner. However, more tragically, a 12 year old boy lost his mother. The staff at Flynn Funeral & Cremation Memorial were respectful and professional. Thomas Flynn was respectful, insightful, compassionate, considerate, caring and totally had the interest of the 12 year old boy that lost his mother as a priority. Thomas, you provided a service that not only did we have an opportunity to mourn the passing of an AMAZING woman that was truly loved but you helped us celebrate her life as well. You provided the 12 year old boy with encouraging words, a positive vision and helped him understand that his mother's love and happy memories will be embedded in his heart FOREVER. I couldn’t be more grateful for the support and caring and love that Flynn’s showed to me and my family. At the worst time of our lives, they helped us through the entire process from beginning to end. In times of sorrow and heartbreak it’s hard to think and remember details and just “things” in general. Tommy and everyone that’s works for him, right down to the answering service were truly amazing. I will forever be grateful.

We are coming home are a long and challenging 9 days after losing our father and although this has been so difficult it has also been so easy because of Tommy and his amazing staff. Tommy has treated us as family from the first phone call. He has eased our pain, solved our problems, answered all questions, had tremendous patience and is a true gentleman! We could never thank him for the way he handled our dad and all he gave to all of our family

Tommy Flynn is astonishing I don’t know if I can find the right words to describe what he had done along with his staff. He is the angel in disguise, with a heart of Gold. He goes way beyond what a funeral director does.
I was stunned how he knew what I needed without saying anything. Tommy asked how my sister had died and we talked about it. He talks to you like you knew each other for years, he is so caring and compassionate. It was a tragic lost the way my sister died, she did not deserve to die the way she did. She had a heart of Gold also like Tommy. She guided me to Tommy Flynn to be put to rest. Thank you so much for giving my sister such great respect the way you did. Tommy was there to hear me when my heart was broken
Tommy is one in a million, nobody ever did what he had done for me. I will always remember him.
I told my friend if anything happens to me I would like to be cremated by Tommy a man who cares and is devoted to his career.
