7 Dr. Jain is high key terrible and will shake you down for whatever money she can. You're honestly better off at Lenscrafters or possibly anywhere else.

Dr. Jain has terrible manners for somebody that is supposed to be a healthcare professional. I told her that a certain brand of contacts was bothering my eyes and she said that she had "never heard anyone say that before" and proceeded to give me 4 days worth of the brand I was uncomfortable with and never called me back!
Awesome experience! Dr Jain is very knowledgeable and funny and nice. Def recommend!

I have been getting my glasses here since I was child and have a great experience. The doctor is very child friendly. Will be coming back!
I highly recommend Focus Vision Care. The doctor is very knowledgeable and her staff is very friendly, courteous & professional. They have flexible hours to pick up a wide selection of regular and prescription sunglasses at a reasonable price.
After many years of coming here I had to stop. The level of UNPROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOR from her staff was too much. She offered no apology for the rudeness and seemed unconcerned about losing a 10+ year patient, and his wife. (Typical of most Staten Island Businesses.)
I overlooked her constant PRICE GOUGING for frames, because I was comfortable with going there. That was my first mistake. DO NOT BUY FRAMES FROM HER. She will lie and make up "savings" to draw you in, but when you look online you will see how you are being RIPPED OFF! She will also do everything short of violating the law to KEEP YOUR PRESCRIPTION FROM YOU OR ONLY GIVE YOU PART OF IT.
Stay away. Sorry I didn't leave sooner.
